Time for the full-on, in your face, totally awesome Florida update!

So....I just finished training yesterday, and start full fleged work today! Next week I'm packing 57.3 hours, hooo chaa.

Orlando doesn't like me, this much is true.
In chronological order from my arrival, I give you my distresses.

1. Every black guy in the Orlando Airport is all like, "Waz up baby?" including employees. The South has no decency and too much "hospitality."
2. I had to wait two hours and fourty minutes for my shuttle bus to my hotel, whilst having to endure bad pickup lines all the while.
3. My hotel room stank like rancid lysol.
4. I went to a restraunt that night which was next to the hotel called "Fish on Fire." I was served fried whole catfish. I mean really, they were FISH. WHOOOOOLLLLLLE FISH. FRIED........FISH. I left without a bite.
5. The salvation of the McDonald's across the street had really creepy talking trash cans, and when I gasped when it talked to me, all the creepy employees started laughing at me. So awful.
6. I live with a chain smoker, and....nevermind....just....uuuuugh.
7. Pirates goes 101 (shuts down) in two weeks, so I have to be transfered so I can still you know WORK.
8. The two nearest Bank of Americas are both more than 7 miles away and both in different counties.
9. On my way to one of them, I got lost in the town I was in.
10. The town? Celebration. And I wanted to cry everytime I came to an intersection like Celebration Ave and Celebration Blvd. Or Rd, St, Place, Circle, Way, and Lane. NO. JOKE. It looked like the South Hill, lots of trees nice old style homes, brick streets. The creepy part was, the houses were like color coded. Every third house was the same color. And they were like EASTER colors! Weird. And I was lost for like 3 hours.
11. I got lost driving to work yesterday, and everyone was like, oh, you're a CP, *sigh*.
12. The sky just decides to rain in the middle of a erfectly nice day, and waits until I have no cover to seek.

There are great things, really, but the bad things are at least a little more exciting. Haha.
Call sometime, I get bored.
~K.
