(no subject)
Well it's been awhile :) Wednesday nite Mr. Nance came to pick me up, since it was really really snowy and I wasn't allowed to drive, so I could stay the nite w/ Kira! We were supposed to hang out w/ Frankie and Nate...but it was really really snowy out, and Nate couldn't get a car. But that's okay, cuz we spent the nite watching movies, eating lots of food, and doing our typical girl talks. Thursday morning Kira comes to wake me up at 9:30..and she informs me that from approximately 4am we have had no heat, no electricity and no running water and that we were snowed in. HAHAHA I could tell we were going to have an adventure on our hands! Mrs. Nance managed to make us some bacon, some oatmeal, and eggs for breakfast..and after that Kira and I just sat and read magazines for hours (Kira asked me if the satalite worked on electricity :\ haha) then we couldn't resist our childlike tempations to go play in the 1ft+ snow! So we got bundled up and went outside. Kira mentions we should walk to her friends house to say hi, because it's "only 2 houses down". (And she lives in the country, 2 houses is far..but I figured I wouldn't mind) Blahhhhh she lied. It was like 7 houses down. Hahah. So we said a quick hello to her friend and started walking back because we could already not feel our bodys. I did tackled her at one point and push her a snow drift :D But that was pretty much all of the fun we had out in the snow..because we are wimps. We came inside, Mrs. Nance made us hot chocolate..and we decided we waste our time playing monoply. Haha it was quite fun cuz I realized I suck at Monoply. We had fun tho, everytime we were "visiting jail" we'd say we were visiting Sara ;) hahah Noo she's never really been in jail, but we think she might be one day ;) haha jk! Anyways..the game only lasted about 2hours or something..cuz I suck. haha. Then finally around 3:30 or something like that, the power came back! Yayyyyy. So then eventually my mom came and got me at like 5 and then I stayed home for the nite. Well that was my experience w/ the Blizzard of 04..and i got to spend it w/ my favorite family :) haha Friday was Christmas Eve. I took my dad to the mall to get my mom a present, which took way longer than I planned on it..considering it takes him forever to get somewhere b/c he's still on crutches. Then I came home and I was told I had to open one of my presents right now. Soo I opened it to see I got two frogs! :) They are kind of hidious tho..I used to have African Dwarf Frogs, they are really tiny and cute and stay in water the whole time. My sister got me African Albinio Clawed Frogs. They are like twice the dwarf frogs size, and pure white. They stay in water the whole time too, but I read they can get as big as your fist. JOY. haha and the container they got me to put them in..was a little tiny fish bowl..with no lid. That doesn't work at all..because they can jump out, plus they are huge. Soo that meant we had to get the 10 gallon fish tank out. And of course we didn't have enough distilled water or rocks..so I had to go the pet store, and buy things for my present? It took forever to set up..but yeah. They are still kind of hidious..but they are growing on me. Their names make them cute! Their names are Cream and Sugar :) haha. So after that got all settled..we rushed to Christmas Eve mass. After that when we came home, we watched Santa Clause 2 and then some of A Christmas Story and went to bed. Christmas morning I woke up at 8:30..then woke up my father and sister cuz I wanted to get started :) haha It was a nice Christmas..I got a CD player for my car!! and speakers..so now my stereo is worth more than my car (seriously) haha. My mom says I now have a "stereo w/ wheels". Oh and I also opened up two little wheels from the barbie car..to show that I got two new tires for christmas..wooohoo. Hm I got some clothes too..but none of them fit/didn't like them..so my sister got all of them. haha. My 12 year old sister got a cell phone? Yeah don't get me started on that..that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard...but moving on..we ate some breakfast and then just laid around til we went to Aunt Donna's. There we visited w/ family and ate lots and lots of foooood! haha my favorite moment of the day:

hahaha I love my nana :) so maybe you have to know her to find that funny..I'm not sure. Then we exchanged presents..I got some cute little odds and ends stuff from my aunts and uncles. Nana and Papa had given me my present earlier..$50 :D Then we just laid around and relaxed..and that was my Christmas! Sunday I woke up bright and early at 6:30, picked up Sara and went to church w/ my mom, sister and cousin Michelle. Then we went shopppping! We shopped nonstop from 9:30-2..it was awesome. I got a pair of jeans, a zip up track like jacket, and three tank tops w/ lace from Kaufman's, jeans and a button up shirt from Aeropostale, two bras from Target, and a zip up sweatshirt and shirt from Old Navy! I was soo excited :) haha. Then around 6..Lydia, Sara and I went to Applebee's to catch up on things! Then we hit up Dairy Queen of course and Lydia had to go back home. Sara came here w/ me, but we left soon after to go visit Andrew.. and we stayed there for the rest of the nite..just hanging out. After I got home I had a 'theraphy session' w/ Jakey..I seriously love this kid..even though I hate the things he tells me sometimes..it's only because he's right and I know it and don't want to accept it. :\

..nothing has touched me more than that right there. I cannot explain to you how much this kid has helped me with. I cannot explain to you how much I value our relationship..it's one of a kind. I don't know what I'd do without him..
