Phew! I finished editing and uploading Dragon*Con photos!

http://imageevent.com/kay_dee/dragoncon2009 I have to say, I'm pretty sad about the performance of my new itty bitty Canon PowerShot SD1200. I got it because my friend's model (which is only one generation earlier SD1100) took great photos a comic-con this year. The new model is smaller, they changed the sensor and upped the megapixles (which hello, you don't need on a crappy little point and shoot lense, more pixels at that point adds noise and distortion if anything and makes the photo worse...) I didn't think the new version of the camera would be so hit and miss (mostly miss). I'd much rather have gotten a slightly larger camera (not as big as the nice one I have) so I could actually take OK photos without worrying about holding onto my big camera. I'm kind of pissed, there is just no way to test drive cameras.
