Yeah, Tigh is one of my favorites on the show too. He just makes me laugh, and I really felt for him in the last episode when he told Adama he was his friend because he wanted to be (letting him know their friendship was genuine, not programming).

We reminded him we met him at Dragon*Con and he said something like "Oh no, I hope I wasn't doing anything embarrassing!" (I believe in reference to the TCF party which I hear he had a LOT of fun at!) and I said "Oh no, we met you at the autograph table. We had to leave the party before you arrived because David got food poisoning" He then said "Oh man, that's rough. Food poisoning is the worst" I guess I should have clarified it was more of a severe allergic reaction to something he ate - but food poising popped out of my mouth.

Hogan was really nice and did a bunch of autographs, took photos with people, hung out and watched the auction, then joined the propworx staff and us costume volunteers for dinner Saturday evening! And did you realize that in real life he wears a 'took' (sp?) hat like he wore on New Caprica?

LOL - as Mr Hogan and I are both Canucks, I am not surprised to learn he wears a toque* regularly :-) It would totally suit him!

Haha, I knew I was not spelling it right but didn't want to take time to research it. Yeah, I think he was saying it's common for people in Canada to wear those hats and we figured the costume designers just thought he might as well wear one on New Caprica since they were making funky fleece hats for everyone. (I seem to remember the designer said that they had fun playing with fleece and making funky hats for people on New Caprica).
