BayCon
I had never posted my BayCon pictures! I don't even know if I had mentioned BayCon at all. It is a very small convention near San Jose, CA - it took place Memorial Day weekend. There really is no celebrity programming or appearances. It's just one of those 'room party' types of cons in a hotel. They have a masquerade too, but I didn't go. I actually was not able to spend much time at the convention because I was working like crazy on my X-wing pilot jumpsuit that weekend. But I went for an hour or two on Friday night, got to the con around 4:00pm Saturday and hung out 'till midnight, totally had to skip Sunday and sew, then went for an hour on Monday just to tear down the Rebel Legion table.
It was totally the kind of convention that was perfect for the Sith Cheerleader costume, so I got some use out of that. People in Northern California don't really know about Sith Cheerleaders, so they thought the costumes were fun.
