So I don't watch a lot of TV on a week-by-week basis. Usually I completely ignore shows and then catch up on them all in one lump, usually while working out. I recently finished all of Bones and the second season of Merlin, so I need something new to watch/exercise to on days I'm not already watching the actual broadcast of something (which is

It's got teamy goodness and even ship/slash possibilities if you want, and sharp writing. And the second half of Season Two is about to start up. It's about some conartist thieves who help out the little guy...Robin Hoodesque. Give the first three eps a try. I *bought the season one dvd*.
I don't just *buy* tv show dvds. I have SG-1, Leverage, that season of Burn Notice where MS was in it a lot and in a commentary (heh), and Farscape because that was such a good deal and I got tired of fighting vagaries of airing schedules trying to finally *watch* the damn thing. Leverage is just that awesome.
But out of the list you gave:
1. Sanctuary. Sanctuary's second season is going to end next week in the US. I found the first season awfully rocky and uneven, but have been blown away by Season Two. Other people feel kind of the opposite, that it was a good build in Season One, but a bit too many one-off eps in Season Two. It's an interesting quirky show for sure, and AT rocks in it (also, I'm very jealous of her wardrobe).
2. Legend of the Seeker...I've heard good things, but I've never seen it.
3. Castle. Castle is very much awesome. I watched the pilot of Season One because of Fillion and the concept intrigued me, but was turned off (and...I mean I watched Fillion in that show about cars racing around the country, it takes a lot for me not to like something). However others convinced me to give it a second chance and it really does have a great dynamic with witty banter and fun cast and yes, Castle can be a jerk, but there's a wink/nod to it and he's called out on it. It's a great light show, plus they often pull an unpredictable twist for the mystery, and I'm often one who can call the twist.
4. Warehouse 13. Ah this is a cute quirky little show, just gone through Season One. I had a hard time getting into the rhythm of the two leads, but by the end of the season, I found it a cute dynamic. It's not *must see* tv for me, but I'm looking forward to its return.
5. Eureka. Have you never seen Eureka? It's definitely Stargate actor central with its Vancouver casting. (Original Drey'auc is one of the leads, and the male lead is "Jack Carter! HEE!" It has peaks and valleys with its character and plot arcs. Eureka at its heart is a very silly show, but it has very endearing characters...I actually put it on par with Warehouse 13.
6. White Collar. I really got into this show from the get go. (Willie Garcon--a/k/a Martin Lloyd from SG-1 has a recurring role). Nice buddy partnership, but they try and go heavy on an arc angst that I'm not sure fits with the rest of the story. It's definitely worth a look see. Would I put it above Leverage or Castle? No, but depending on taste and mood, maybe above WH13 and Eureka.
