1-4 yes. Although I wonder if Rush annoyed so many of the other scientists and Icarus was seen as his/Senator WhatshisFaceDeadNow's pet project that Rodney and Sam and Bill and people like that didn't have time to waste on his stuff. Since he seems to be a jerk ( ... )

6. Yeah, them. I couldn't remember their names. :/ And I agree that there was so much skipping around that it was hard to connect to anyone, but I felt the main bulk of the story was centered around Eli/Rush/Lt./Greer + Chloe worrying over her father. The other female characters just kind of popped up here and there to say a few lines. Or that's just how it seemed to me after watching it once.

9. There ARE a lot of potentially interesting little hints of things with Rush, so I guess I should just keep quiet and watch.

15. I was just wondering if there might be some new wormhole effect for traveling that far across the universe. And hey, it was a series premiere.

And yes, I really love that they have a ship called the General Hammond.
