So what, this is only like a week late, right?
fueschgast wanted my top five funny Doctor Who moments. This one was hard because there are so many other moments that I could include, but here's what I pared them down to, in roughly chronological order:
1. Cheap and easy, but all the Doctor/Jack/Rose banter from "The Doctor Dances" (1x10). Since the sonic screwdriver exchange is done to death, I'll go with these two that are in close succession:
Jack: Damn it! It's the special features, they really drain the battery.
Rose: The battery?
Jack: I was going to send for another one but somebody's got to blow up the factory.
Rose: Oh, I know. First day I met him, he blew up my job. That's practically how he communicates.
Doctor: Okay, that door should hold it for a bit.
Jack: The door! The wall didn't stop it!
Doctor: Well, it's got to find us first. Come on, we're not done yet! Assets, assets!
Jack: Well, I've got a banana and in a pinch you could put up some shelves.
Doctor: Window?
Jack: Barred. Sheer drop outside. Seven stories.
Rose: And no other exits.
Jack: Well, the assets conversation went in a flash.
2. This exchange from "The Girl in the Fireplace" (2x04):
Doctor (describing what he's been up to) ...became the imaginary friend of a future French aristocrat, picked a fight with a clockwork man, horse neighs oh, and I met a horse.
Mickey: What's a horse doing on a spaceship?
Doctor: Mickey, what's pre-revolutionary France doing on a spaceship? Get a little perspective!
3. Martha when she finds the Doctor's hand in Jack's bag in "Utopia" (3x11):
Martha: You've got a hand. A hand in a jar. A hand, in jar, in your bag!
And then her face when the Doctor explains that he grew a new one:
4. Mr. Copper's hilarious ideas about Christmas on Earth from "Voyage of the Damned" (4x00):
Mr. Copper: I shall be taking you to Old London town in the country of UK, ruled over by Good King Wenceslas. Now, human beings worship the great god Santa, a creature with fearsome claws, and his wife Mary. And every Christmas Eve the people of UK go to war with the country of Turkey. They then eat the Turkey people for Christmas dinner, like savages.
and
Mr. Copper: It's a festival of violence! They say that human beings only survive depending on whether they've been good or bad! It's barbaric!
5. The flashbacks sequence in "The Unicorn and the Wasp" (4x07), concluding with the Doctor himself randomly flashing back to a time when he saved Charlemagne from an insane computer.
Agatha Christie: Doctor!
Doctor: Sorry, what?
Agatha: Charlemagne lived hundreds of years ago!
Doctor: (completely deadpan) I've got a very good memory.
fueschgast also asked about the top five X-Files scenes with music. I thought that this one was going to be hard because it's been awhile since I watched any X-Files, but here's what I came up with. Some of the episodes and details might be wrong, because I'm going by memory.
1. "Release" (9x16): Slow, sad music plays over the scene where Doggett and the FBI burst into Randolph Hayes's apartment, looking for him. I like the mood it invoked, fitting well with Doggett's desperation to find the answers to his questions surrounding the death of his son.
2. "Within" (8x01): Scully's Theme plays for the first time as she slowly gets ready for work. In every movement and breath you can feel how much she misses Mulder.
3. "Closure" (7x11): Moby song whose title I can't remember plays over Mulder's "reunion" with his sister. I'll admit it, I cried.
4. "The Unnatural" (6x19): The hymn that plays over the final scene of the episode I always thought was lovely and worked very well with the mood of the episode.
5. "The Post-Modern Prometheus" (5x06): I saved the best for last. :D The last scene of this episode, where Mulder and Scully dance together to the tune of "Walking in Memphis" as done by Cher. (I am sickeningly OTP about Mulder and Scully, in case you couldn't tell.)
Just look! Just look at them!
Sorry these are all from later seasons. Those are freshest in my mind.

fueschgast: Top five shippy moments from Stargate. Um, I'm not a big shipper in general (except for Mulder/Scully) and not really at all for Stargate. So I'm including both aired Stargate series, and I'll probably have some controversial choices. They're also mostly canon, because I don't really see the subtext in shows where I don't ship much.
1. Stargate SG-1 5x06: "Rite of Passage." I was always a little bit intrigued by Daniel/Janet, and there's this lovely moment in this episode where Janet's worried about her daughter and as she walks away from Daniel he keeps hold of her hand for just a moment and lets her know that he's there to support her. Daniel's reactions in "Heroes, Part II," when Janet dies, can also be read as pretty shippy. My only subtexty ship moment, sorry.
2. Stargate SG-1 8x20: "Moebius, Part II." I generally don't like the Sam/Jack ship, but I loved the cheesiness of alt!Jack and alt!Sam making out with sparks behind them. Hilarious ship moments are the best ship moments of all.
3. Stargate SG-1 10x20: "Unending." Daniel and Vala finding each other and spending their lives together while trapped on the ship, and then the timeline changing so that it never happened, and of course it's a good thing that SG-1 didn't really spend the rest of their lives trapped in a time bubble, but I also hoped Daniel and Vala would find each other again in the "real" timeline.
4. Stargate SG-1: Every Jack/Thor moment ever. What do you mean, that isn't canon?
5. Stargate Atlantis 5x16: "Brain Storm." I'm the only one in the entire fandom, but I liked Rodney/Keller. And this whole episode is basically a ship manifesto for them. Sorry for ending with a shippy moment everyone hates. :(
aurora_novarum asked for my top five secondary characters from SG-1. I'm not sure what you consider "secondary" characters. I count recurring characters as secondary, so...
1. Janet Frasier. Of course I have to start with her. I loved her no-nonsense attitude, I loved her friendship with Sam, and I even kind of shipped her with Daniel. I cried when she died.
2. Thor. Who doesn't love that little Asgard puppet with the huge human crush on O'Neill? The funniest, snarkiest, and best of all the Asgard.
3. Bra'tac! I loved him for being the mentor that Teal'c needed, I loved him for baffling O'Neill, and I loved him for having "cannon fodder" stamped on his forehead from the word go but yet surviving all ten seasons. Not even some of the main characters managed that (looking at you, Daniel).
4. Maybourne. Shameless, conniving, manipulative, and a constant thorn in Jack O'Neill's side, even after he disappeared off-planet. Loved the dynamic between them and seeing in what new way Maybourne was going to make O'Neill's life miserable.
5. Can I count Jonas? He was a main character, but he was only around for one season plus a couple episodes. I missed the Jonas hate because I didn't start watching SG-1 regularly until after Daniel came back. So even though Daniel is hands down my favorite character, I wasn't at all bitter or anything during Jonas's episodes. Jonas was adorable. He was competent but goofy and I loved how he got so over-excited about everything in the beginning, as well as the good-natured ribbing the other members of SG-1 sometimes gave him. I'm sorry his story was so completely dropped.
