Kasia's Birthday today. Had another late night last night, of course, so was absolutely knackered having to go round to Barbara's after school. I can't believe Kasia is 14...it's ridiculous! Anyway, we spent the evening at their's and rest of family.

Just a brief note...embarassed self earlier. Was late to History as needed to talk to form tutor, and by the time I got there everyone was already sitting down etc. Now, the doors in the Humanities Dept. are usually REALLY heavy...So, I gave the door a really good push. NOT a good plan - the door flew open, smashing back into a desk and knocked it over!!!! Cue everybody staring at me, and me standing there mortified! *Sigh*

Well, Today was ''Improvement day'' AKA faff around in your form room for the day - pfft, completely pointless. It was quite fun though, we didn't really *do* anything...We had the new English teacher as well as our form tutor in class with us, for some reason. He was nice though. We were doing learning styles etc and had to learn a speech using whatever worked best for us. Funnily enough, it was the ''Tomorrow'' speech from 'MacBeth' which I have known off by heart for over two years. Anyway, my friend tells him that I can do it already, so he comes over to ''test'' me. I do it perfectly, and he tells me how impressed he is etc, then got quite excited and made me do it for my form tutor! After I had, he came back, and we talked about Shakespeare/his sonnets for a bit. Third period, we have to go to I.T. to write our ''Personal Statement''. So I'm sitting at my computer, and he comes over and says, ''Kayleigh, could you blah blah blah etc?'' I have NO idea how he knew my name - I never told him! He's my friend's new English teacher, and only just started teaching here on Monday. I did find it quite funny how my friend has had him for 2 lessons this week, and he doesn't know her name, and he's in the room for 45 minutes and knows mine! (If a little weird...)
Side Note: Get my maths exam results tomorrow...ARGH
