(no subject)
No more dreaming, plz thnx. The problem isn't that I'm not resting anymore, the problem is that I'm dreaming things that don't make me happy... things that make my very upset, actually... no: A single thing that makes me very upset, something that shouldn't make me so upset, not even a little, but it does, oh, it so does and I wake up and the first thing in my head is that upsetting dream and I wish the waking up process made me forget that dream, but no, I remember the most upsetting part of the dream and I burst into tears because my unconscious is not helping at all. Damn you, stupid unconscious!
So, the Euro 2008's near and it's gonna be good ^^. Even though the English didn't qualify - I haven't gotten over the WTF? stage -, so I'm not gonna see Michael Owen T^T, I'm supporting at least a team per group... yeah, good thing I don't support any particular national team, not even mine ^^U. So, this year I'm going for Czech Republic and Switzerland in Group A, Germany in Group B, Netherlands and France - although the French did poorly today against Colombia... I dunno if they were saving energy or what but, seriously... - in Group C, and Sweden and Spain in Group D. Oh... A LOT of football ^^.
I haven't touched an anime series since my last post... well, I watched the Rebuild of Evangelion movie again, but that doesn't count as a normal anime series. BTW, can somebody tell me please, when will the second movie be aired? The rumours said we'd have it in the first half of this year, but that obviously didn't happen. And even worse: we don't have a trailer >.<. So now I'm speculating and I have a guess: after the huge success of Evangelion 1.0: You're (not) alone, the staff went partying. Hardcore partying. And they spent all the money they had made and all the budget for the next movie in sake. Yes sake. So either they're still partying or they're having the massive hangover that comes after a hardcore party with sake and we won't have our movie this year. Of course, I commented my theory with the Pastu and he said "If that happened to be true I'd go Nooooooooo and shoot myself." And I'd follow. I NEED MY GODDAMMED MOVIE NOW! Or at least a trailer including Kaworu, plz?
So I was saying I haven't touched an anime series in the past 3 days or so, though I still have to catch up with Bleach and D.Gray-man and I still haven't finished Lucky Star. This phenomenon is due to my reading habit. It came back! And it came back kinda oddly. The first book I read this vacation was Stephen King's The Mist, that wasn't so odd since I'm fond of King's books. Now I'm reading Michael Crichton's Jurassic Park. Now, that is peculiar. God knows how much I've scorned Dan Brown's books because they're so script-like. And now I'm reading Jurassic Park ¬¬. Yeah, it is script-esque! And some situations are kinda forced to me, but I'm really enjoying myself with this book. And I love Alan Grant and Ian Malcolm with all my heart and all my soul. Well, I loved them in the movie, because both Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum are gorgeous - Man, the scene where Ellie's digging through the Triceratops droppings (LOL I love that word) and Malcolm's all "She's tenacious!" and Grant's all "You have no idea." and then he leaves and steps on Triceratops shit = PURE WIN XD -, but the characters in the book are lovable too. And I loathe the InGen people, starting with John Hammond DX<. That's a good thing, when you can feel something for the characters, either if it's love or hate, it's a sign that the book's worth reading. Maybe Jurassic Park isn't a masterpiece of the universal literature, but hell I'm having a good time reading it. And yesterday I downloaded the movie, so I'm full of Jurassic Park love for a while... I want to study paleontology!!!
Next I don't know if I'll start Stephen King's The Shining, or if I'll read Clive Barker's The Hellbound Heart, in which Hellraiser was based.
Before I go, I'll have a word about the webcomics I'm reading.
Ansem Retort: Axel, Zexion, Larxene and Darth Maul hijacked a plane in Axel's bachelor party while Namine's dancing with Lexaeus in Aerith's bachelorette party XD. I want to see that marriage now, though I have the feeling that Axel and Aerith won't get married...
Khaos Komix: Man, I love Tom. Seriously. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I need someone like him in my life. He's made of awesome and I L'dMAO when he laughed at Charlie's name (Charlie Moonbeam Trueman) when her mother was making a fuss because she got her ears pierced. Oh! And Charlie looks so pretty when she's whining about Tom's neck piercing! C'mon! Is it Wednesday already? I need an update! I want to continue reading Tom's story!
Honeydew Syndrome: OMG, so we're back in time right before the play. The stagecrew part! I'm hopeful since it worked for Metis and Josh ^^, but something must have happened between Charles and Jay, seeing Charles' behavior at the party... Well, Metis assumed Charles was with Jay, though we still don't know that for sure. Besides, Metis' the most clueless person in the world, so we can't trust him :P. How come doesn't he know if Charles hates Jay?! And if he hates him, why?! OMG!!! I'm so excited! And Erik and Odette are great, I love them already ^^.
