Hallo, people. How's the goddess Fortune treating you?
Last week I was internetless for four days and I was broken. Seriously, once you get used to the personal dose of internetz it's really hard to be deprived of it. I'd say the worst part of it was trying to fix the problem, but I'm such and internet junkie that I couldn't. But certainly, trying to fix the problem was a pain in the ass. Jokes aside, I spent like two and a half hours waiting on the phone, hearing a monotonous - friendly wannabe - machine talking about all their crappy plans over and over again, while I was trying to talk to someone in ETB in order to get my internet problem solved. Right now I still don't know what happened with my login password... it expired or something and I had to change it, but at least I have internet again ^^.
So! Vacations officially started on Friday after my German class... well, actually, we didn't have German class since my lovely Jürgen decided to hand in the midterms ^^. I got a 4.7 out of 5.0, which is good pretty good, considering I was thinking I screwed up several points, but apparently I didn't :P...
My midterm on Machiavelo went ok too: 4.5/5.0... I just hope I make it over 4.0 in my Hobbes midterm in order to be free from doing a final exam on Locke *crosses fingers*.
And I got 4.5/5.0 in my Italian midterms... so far so good.
Now, I was saying that my vacations started on Friday... well, that's not very accurate, since I have loads of work for this week... yeah, my teachers hate us and they gave us work for vacation DX. Translation, Hobbes, Bilingualism, Methods... I think I'll just shoot myself.
And I thought I could catch up with Bleach, start watching D.Gray-man, watch Rome, read HP, watch the Cowboy Bebop movie, finish watching BSG S3, watch Razor, read and write some fanfic... Oh, I had so many plans! T^T.
Today I went to Guatavita, the town with the same name of the lagoon where the legend of "El Dorado" takes place. It was ok, although we didn't visit the lagoon because the weather was awful to go there, so we'll go next time. The town's nice, colonial white houses and some history make me a happy person - although some parts of the town brought me some unpleasant memories -, even though I was pissed off at my grand mother, as usual.
