sorry for the delay, RL issues. Both VS Arashi and Himitsu no Arashi chan have a higher quality version: after pressing the button play and making the video start,  open the menu with the blue H (pressing the orange arrow), and check the one with the higher number, which corresponds to a higher video quality. VSA should have 480, HnA has 720.Set that and the let the video load as usual. Unfortunately I don't know how to post the video in that setting already ( I don't even know if it is possible), if you have any questions or doubts feel free to ask. Enjoy!
