The story of my own fighter, Chispa

Princess of a small kingdom in South America. Their family specializes in making weapons from glass, the Bonitas are the best glass blowers in the world. Their castle is by the beach where they make the glass from. Another special ability they have, the woman of their family are born with the strength of a adult male. Being able to lift 10 lbs by the age 1 and 150 by 18, proving they can lead their kingdom. Chispa's mother, Naolin is not the queen yet because her mother Teresa is on her death bed. Chispa's father, is a Japanese man whom has been thrown into prison after he was accussed of raping her mother, but infact they were lovers. Teresa refused to allow them to marry so she sentence him to life in prison. But Chispa was born, and showed the strength of her ancestors. So she was allowed to live and train to be the new queen.
But Teresa still wanted Naolin to have a husband, and forced her to marry a coniving older man Hector from another kingdom. He did take advantage of Naolin, and she gave birth to Chispa's younger sister, Alicia, when Chispa was 5 years old. Chispa was happy to have a sister but when Alicia's first birthday came her father insisted they test her also. And she infact carried the blood line of strength. Her father proclaimed, "She has the strength, both parents of from this country so she should be the next queen!!" But as first born, Chispa had the right as well. But Teresa gave the name of next Queen to Alicia. The desicion was made when Chispa turned 16. But Alicia was an odd child. She seemed very cold hearted, too polite, and Chispa once caught her torturing the seagulls to death by catching and burying them up to their heads in sand, and they drowned from the incoming tide. Chispa didn't think she was sane enough to keep their people safe. So to prove her worth, Chispa stole the Rod of Polish (migaku sao) her families greatest weapon. and fled to her fathers country. Before she left, she visited him and told him her plan. At first he was afraid for her well being, but told her to go to Tokyo. There she would met 2 young men with great power to help her achieve her goal...

Weapon of Choice: Migaku Sao (Rod of Polish)
A 25 pound glass ball attached to an white gold 1 1/2 foot rod. Inside the ball, is a special thin light bulb that is recharged like a glow in the dark object, only with light. It takes 3 hours for it to completly recharge if used more than 5 times in 1 day. To activate the light, the bottom is pushed up and after 3 seconds of a small high pitched sound (like when you turn on the flash of a disposable camera), a button under the ball is pressed and the light is reflected inside, blinding all those but it's weilder momentarily. Other than the light, the Rod can be used like a hammer or mase. Causing painful blows to anyone who tries to stop Chispa.
Chispa has done physical training as well as training her eyes to withstand the bright light. Her pupils do not adjust to darkness but she can still see like a regular person. So, her weakness is being in complete darkness.
Chispa has a temper though, which causes her to sometimes slam her weapon into things or people.
Alicia seeks Chispa in order to obtain the Rod again for her own evil purposes.
