PRINCE CHARMING HIMSELF!
So before I take a lovely hour nap and hit up tonight's festivities, I thought I should comment on the wonderful day which shall now be called the Laundry Day :D
So I don't think I have ever had more fun doing laundry than I did today. Amanda and I started up the day with blockbuster and Saved. Hilarious movie might I add. After finishing that up I hauled my bag of laundry to Tomlinson where we stuck one load in a washer and hit up the union for a good thirty minutes. Then we came back to Tomlinson and made nice with the other laundry goers. After that we stuck in another load of laundry, threw my sheets in the drier and started our long boring walk to the bank. But wait! We never actually had to walk to the bank, because who was waiting outside on a shiny white horse?! PRINCE CHARMING HIMSELF! [ok so it was a golf cart, and it wasn't really a prince...it was shelby, but dude shelby rocked this one big time]. So Shelby gives us a lift to the corner of campus on main street and Amanda and I high-tailed it to the bank to win over a good ten dollars. Yea...ten dollars. I must admit the most thrilling part of the ride was the crazy looks we got from oh say...the 10 people we saw and knew and the 100 people we saw and didn't know ;D Then it was back to Tomlinson laundry. Turned up the spin cycle time and then hit up base belk. Yay for visiting Carey and Anne! Free popcorn too ;D And guess where we went next? Yes sir-y! Back to Tomlinson! Made me friendly talk with the friendly laundry girls [too much friendly] and then hit up Amelie in Amandas room. Woot to watching two movies in one afternoon. Then it was to Tomlinson and dinner we did go. Speaking of which, dinner proved to be particularly entertaining. How I could not tell you. Maybe it was watching John Kerry eat pepppered cheerios without noticing? Mmm milk and pepper, my favorite. And back to lovely Tomlinson. And back to Amelie. And my story ends here on livejournal :D Woot!
I'm hitting up tiki turner tonight. Turkey trot tomorrow, and a lovely bed tomorrow night. Maybe a sex in the city marathon? Yay for chill weekends!!! And I'm off for my nap time summons ;D
