First, I am happy to say that I have less pain, which is good. Still have some, but not as bad as before.
Stress test yielded nothing but normal/good results. I go in to see Kettie Thursday, so I might get more details ... Im still getting some chest pain, but it might have other reasons for that.
I completed a sleep study. Man, what a screwy thing. Theres nothing like having wires attached to your head with Crisco like adhesive, bands around your chest, an EKG ... but, anyway ... I dont have results, but I have issues when I hit REM, so that's likely to need some more investigating ...
I was rather quick to dismiss Dr Burke's suggestion this could have an anxiety component ... I guess cause I didnt want it to be true. A lot of anxiety management in the past was take meds, feel better ... and substance manipulation of feelings is something I dont want to get back into ... although I doubt Dr Burke would allow it. A person with an addictive streak shouldnt be handed benzos.
So, lot I dont know ... wait and see, be patient and see. Not great, but what else can I do?
Im kind of perplexed in some areas. Like ... Im tired all the time, but Im doing a lot: in addition to the daily range of errands, housework, appointments, etc, three days a week, I work out for an hour; two days a week, I volunteer, and lately that time has increased cause of circumstances. Im fast on the computer and good with the kids signing up for the reading program ... its fun I dont get often, and it makes me wonder if I should be doing more of that sort of thing with life. Hmm.
Went to Breck on Saturday with Adrian. Shopped, lunched, and got a chance to road test the day use we get with the timeshare purchase. Quite nice day, though its a long drive.
ok, until I know more or something huge happens ... seeya, kids. (=
