(no subject)
Last weekend we went with Barbara and Jason to Matsuri (annual Phoenix Japanese Festival). I was hoping to find some Japanese lesson books and have a good time. It wasn't as good as it usually is. There were less vendors than usual and it was a pain to park because there was an NBA game that afternoon. Regardless we had a nice time with yummy food and friends. No books were found :(
Barbara wanted one of these giant icees. It was shaved ice with various flavors but also had vanilla ice cream in the center. Yum!

In house news . . . we still have no new information. Another couple of weeks of waiting.
