Food and Garden
I was craving corn bread and found a milk-free mix and made it with rice milk and egg replacer. They were crumbly but oh so tasty!
I've been working on my garden but it isn't as massive as last year (because I wasn't very successful). I'm planning on planting a few more things though.
It is a little hard to see in this photo but on the left is a dwarf orange tree. I bought it in the fall and I am excited that it is now full of white buds! In the middle are barely hanging on tomato plants from last year. They barely survived the winter but have lots of tomatoes on them and now have new growth! Not pictured are 2 new tomato plants I bought.
And my new strawberry plant . . . I hope this one survives, the last 2 didn't make it very long.
