It's been a couple weeks since I last updated. Nothing has really happened other than my knitting projects! Okaaay, a bit happened. I was all stressed because I had to mail a scarf out as part of a Ravelry swap by June 1st (yesterday) and my plan was to mail it out Tuesday, May 31st because I worked yesterday. Hey Karen! Guess what? I'm heading to Vancouver in June 28 - July 12 :) 2 weeks!!! I have a question - would you happen to know a lot of really great Vegan/Vegetarian stores around your area? (Richmond Hill, I believe?) Or in North Vancouver? Let me know!

its ok, I found happycow.net, it showed me all the veg-friendly/vegan/veggie places in downtown Van

on livejournal - to bug you since you live in Vancouver lol.

why Vancouver? my sister lives there, and I've always wanted to go see it after hearing how gorgeous it is from several hundred people :P Plus my sister showed some pictures and I was sold on going ;) I'll be there for my sister, for the mountains and Pacific ocean, and for a fresh, new environment. I need to get out of Toronto for once!

definitely! I'm pretty much free on Canada's Day and whenever inbetween that day since I'll be mostly on my own (Sis will be working those days) and I plan on exploring Vancouver as much as I can.

Hell show me around Vancouver (Gastown, Chinatown, wherever!!!), and show me a pic of Jordan as well ;) Or the two of you. I'll be doing some research on the hot spots of Vancouver & other parts of BC.

As for tattoos...think long and hard about that. I wanted a wolf tattoo for several months and when I finally got the ink design (the one I wanted), I decided not to get the tattoo after all. Remember it's forever...so toki doki or hello kitty will probably hold no value to you in 2 decades or more afterwards. Something deeply symbolic and significant to you should be the key to getting a tattoo.

Yup yup! I know! I was thinking the Hello Kitty part I will not be too happy with in like 30 years! But I really think tokidoki is something I'll always adore =P I previously wanted a treble clef and some notes.... soooooo yeah.... I'm still thinking about it =)

Hahaha... I'm actually from a suburb of Vancouver so I'm not all that familiar with the areas there! I pretty much only know where a couple yarn shops are! =P near one of the yarn shops there is a YUUMMMMYY coffee place... but you're vegetarian I dunno if they have vegetarian pannini's. Hahaha if you come on msn I'll send you some pics =)
