Sleepless in Seattle (..or maybe just bad sleeping habits?)
I'm here in Seattle, Washington! Woot!
Today I spent all day at the PAX convention, which is what was planned, but that means I didn't get to see much of the city. Hopefully I'll get to do that on Sunday! I'm first and foremost enjoying the escape from Sacramento weather. Seattle has been in the high 70's. I'd even be happier with it being cooler, but I'm not complaining! I really wish Sacramento had cooler weather like this. Apparently people say its not all that great here because it rains a lot here, I guess thats the trade off? Mmm..I don't think that would bother me much. I honestly like overcast days, especially if it means not having super hot summers.
I am thoroughly enjoying the company of friends I don't get to normally spend this much quality time with. We're all at different places in our lives and don't see each other as often as I'd like. Whenever we're together its like no time has passed though. I reminds me why its always been so important for me to keep them in my life, they are really great friends. Well, I hate to cut it short but I really should sleep.
