(no subject)
Well, I'm going home for the holidays tomorrow morning or early afternoon. Will be there till about the 27th, and then it's back to Boulder to re- pack for my trip to Pennsylvania to stay with Max and his family. My roommate Ross was kind enough to volunteer to take me to the airport then, which was nice.
Life is mellowing out, a lot. My folks were in town for my graduation Friday and then cleared out on Sunday. I got the good news from my procedure on Friday, right before the procession: the biopsies taken showed that I *do not* have cancer (Oh, I didn't mention that that was a concern, did I? Heh. Hence another reason my finals sucked). So that was an emotional moment, heh.
But yeah. since finals concluded and graduation has occurred, I haven't been doing much. Thank. God. Max helped me re- learn how to drive and I Christmas shopped and used some of my Christmas money to get some stuff. I gave into my desire to get a Nintendo DS and 2 games, and that's definitely been really useful. And will continue to be as I make my way to Evergreen and also get on the flight to PA, there's nothing to do both places.
Nick, etc., I've not been able to make my chocolate chip cookies this time around, but maybe I will when I get back after New Year's. I'll let you know. Steph, give me a call later tonight or something, I'm going to try to remember to call. Mark, the email will have to wait a little bit, I'm spending the rest of the day doing laundry, cleaning the apartment, packing and wrapping presents.
