Looky what I found!
Actually, I found this some time ago (I can't actually remember where), but I've had a fairly awful day, on and off, bouncing (more like falling) between merely exhausted, hungry (it's Passover, and I live in a dorm), and intensely stressed on the one hand, and miserably curled up on my floor (for some reason I didn't make it to the bed either time), failing in the fight against tears, on the other. SO, I'm posting this, because it makes me happy, and I need to post something happy before I collapse for the night.
Rosencrantz: Hamlet no está en sus cabales. Debemos averiguar qué es lo que le aflige.
El actor: ¿Por qué?
Guildenstern: Ah. ¿Por qué?
Rosencrantz: ¡Exactamente!
Guildenstern: ¿Exactamente qué?
Rosencrantz: Exactamente, ¿por qué?
Guildenstern: ¿Exactamente, qué por qué?
Rosencrantz: ¿Qué?
Guildenstern: ¿Por qué?
Rosencrantz: ¿Por qué qué, exactamente?
Guildenstern: ¿POR QUÉ ESTÁ LOCO?
Rosencrantz: ¡NO TENGO NI IDEA!
Isn't it wonderous?
I am just that obsessed that I am posting a chunk of this play in Spanish. How sad is that? And this is what makes me happy.
One does wonder what it says about me, that the only thing I can think of in any sort of substantial way is this play.
