I can't truly get what yours guys problem is... it just goign through one ear and out the other.

That much is painfully obvious. The problem is, you are attempting to capitalize on someone else's hard work. You not only submit your videos containing stolen footage to major anime vidding communities where the videos you stole from are well known, you've now submitted to a convention, where prizes are offered. It is not okay to take from others without asking, and it is downright unethical to do so and then try to make physical gain (such as a prize) from it.

Do you seriously expect people to just roll over and let you walk all over them? Do you expect them to say, "Well, we did a significant portion of the work that you're claiming is your own, but it's okay by us for you to take credit for it and win prizes with it"? That's a very foolish expectation.

In short, it is unbelievable to us that you truly believe that what you are doing is acceptable behavior within the vidding community. If you continue to behave in this manner, your stay within the community will be short and unpleasant, and your name will be reviled long after you've been banned. We are doing everything within our power to resolve the issue without simply resorting to banning you, for one reason: it is the appropriate thing to do within the vidding community. We do not seek to bind you by rules that we would not follow ourselves. Do you begin to understand?

Mind you, I'm much more forgiving in this matter than Kasra. Kasra is the one from whom you stole, and she's livid. She'd rather see you burn in hell than continue your stealing from her; I'm still willing to try to help you, and to try to convince her to forgive you... if you show any indication (such as responding intelligently, or asking) that you should be forgiven.

And that is the sad part. Had you approached us and asked for help in the beginning instead of simply stealing, we would've been happy to help. We've been known to make vcds of good, subtitle-free footage for people who can't get footage otherwise, and we can tell you how to get the footage from the vcd into your computer so that you can edit it (or we can point you to faqs that will teach you how... which, interestingly enough, are linked to on animemusicvideos.org). We're willing to review videos and make suggestions before they're released, even.

But did you ask for help? No. You just took without asking, and that makes you a theif, plain and simple.

Even more sad is that you took just enough footage to make a significant portion of your video plagiarized, in that first video. If you'd taken less, or used nothing but footage that Kasra hadn't worked on so much, you would've been simply desperate for footage, not a theif. 10, maybe even 20 seconds is okay, when you're so obviously desperate... but 40 seconds in a 5 minute or less video is too much. If you'd simply plagiarized the whole thing, like you did in that pitiful "Young Killers Smiles" video, you would've been simply banned without question... but other than that rediculous piece you seem to have some actual editing talent, so we're still talking.

And you're still ignoring.

You hear that? We're talking to you because we don't think you're worthless. We want to bring out your talent. You, however, continue to do your best to thwart these efforts by continuing to plagiarize and by being all-around foolish.

If we can't get your attention, get you to realize that what you're doing is damaging to you and your vids, and get you to realize that you owe everyone you've stolen from an apology, you will be ignored and/or banned. And believe me, you'll soon see that you don't want to be ignored. What's the point of making videos if nobody's willing to watch them, after all?

If you apologized now - even now, after your childish displays - your victims might forgive you. At this point, none of them expect it; they all pretty much hate you. But if you made the effort, you're still new enough within the community that you might be forgiven and accepted, and even helped. However, at this point, this is pretty much your last chance.

Well yet again your wasting your time. Your riting large paragraphs trying to explain your point but I'm sorry it still is going through one and out the other. I don't truly care if everyone in the damn fricking world can't see my vid's. I just like making them and if they turn out good and I like them then thats fine with me.

I don't care if you think i'm not "worthless" because maybe I am and like I said I don't really care.

And who in the world would dance around "going "nah nah" "? What in the world is that? Why would I be doing that in the first place? You can go on and laugh at me any way you want, even if its bad or good.

A life? maybe other people have a life. But you my dear do not. Your nagging this on and on to me and my fellows friends that have read it and its pathetic. There even laughing every time I show them something like this.

And if it ends this whole pathetic thing and it makes you feel so proud and perfect about your self then I'm sorry. And it doesn't matter since I'm not even in that community anymore anyways. I seemed to find better things else where like...uhh.. A life? maybe for example.

^-^

Wrong-o, kemosabe. You wouldn't be posting them on animemusicvideos.org if you didn't care what other people thought of them. Come to think of it, it wouldn't be plagiarism if you weren't distributing them and entering them in contests, either. Actions speak louder than words.

Pathetic is choosing to behave so badly toward those whose communities you're throwing your videos at. In order to belong to a community and make it a nice place to be, you have to work at it, and that's what I'm doing. You think I'm wasting my time? Feel free to think that if you like, but I'm making my places more pleasant, while you're making videos using stolen footage - so that you're not even learning to do the editing and effects yourself.

Then again, you definitely seem to have a learning disability anyway. You say "it's going in one ear and out the other" like it's something to be proud of, but that's not a talent or desirable attribute; that's being a fool. (It is also, by the way, is dancing about going "nah nah" - "nah nah, I can't hear you, what you say bounces off me and I'm ignroing you". Very elementary school, that.)

But what the hey. You obviously score pretty low on the reading comprehension, too. I officially give up; Phade of animemusicvideos.org will be informed of you and Nagii's account (which breaks multiple rules by itself - we don't even have to mention the plagiarism to him and there's sufficient bad behavior to have you removed). How does it feel to drag down your friends with you?

Nothing is handed to you on a silver platter, dear, not even footage for anime music videos - but you seem to think that the world owes you something, and won't be told otherwise. Too bad; I'm done telling you to wise up. You and whatever friends you drag with you are the only ones to suffer from the consequences of your actions.

Also thank god your giving up this was pathetic to write over anyways. And when stupid things like this go through one ear and out the other than yea, I'm proud of it.

To end mine my friends and I aren't getting dragged down sweet heart, but if you want to think that than fine.

Well, the person you share your amv.org account with, whoever he is, is eminently more reasonable than you, so we're dragging our feet on doing the reporting that could result in the account being closed. We feel kindof bad punishing the reasonably innocent as well as the guilty, see. Possibly it will only result in certain videos getting toasted; have to see how the message board discussion comes out.

This is just to keep you in the loop, so that nothing will come as a surprise to you.

You might notice that I've been reviewing the vids in that account. You might also notice that some of those vids get pretty high marks. Hopefully that'll get the point across that we believe in being fair.

I don't care if you think i'm not "worthless" because maybe I am and like I said I don't really care

...Sorry, I had to read that several times because I couldn't believe that someone would actually claim to be worthless.

You're not worthless, you're a fool. Can't wait until you get a few years older and people stop attending your pity party. It'll be priceless... I almost wish I could see it.
