Part 1

Yunho stumbles in his couch, in his apartment that has been empty for these past four months he was in the hospital. And today, after he’s been conscious from his coma four days ago, Yunho was released from the hospital, with a perfect condition, not even a scratch tainting his smooth skin.

God… Is this a feeling of somebody who just got back into the world of living? That was how Yunho thought. He feels so lost… So unaware of everything... So clueless… So lonely… It’s like he was never fitted into this world... Everything seems to be so strange and foreign, like he was never belonged to anywhere.

Yunho leans backward as he sighs deeply, sinking deeper into the comfort of his couch while remembering how exactly he got into the accident.

It was far after midnight when Yunho got out from his office. Being a single and successful businessman required him to spend most of his time to work and running his large IT business, and that night wasn’t making any difference. He was so tired and sleepy as well as he can’t wait to step his feet into his apartment and throwing himself into the protection of his comfortable bed, and with the determination, he sped up his car. The street of Seoul city was vacant, not much of people and vehicles were passing by at that time, and Yunho was so relief when his apartment building was heave in sight. But it was when he passed the crossroads that he didn’t notice there was a dog ran by across the street and when he did, it was a little bit too late. With a loud gasp, Yunho instinctively swerved, but he can’t controlled the rapid speed of his car and finally hit the roadblock. When his car finally stopped with a powerful crash, he felt pain spreading to his body, his sight was blurring so sudden before finally he was enveloped into a complete darkness.

And now, after four months he’s been trapped in the world of lost soul, he was finally enabled to break free. Yunho shivers when the feeling within his deep sleep was coming back to his brain.

It was just a dream, but it felt like everything was real and Yunho could still feel it. He saw himself was wandering around a place which he never knew and he was out of place that no matter how far he walked, the road seemed to never end… He was so lost, freezing as the chills penetrated against his skin and spreading fast to his body. There was no happiness, only emptiness emerged from every point and every corner he landed his eyes on. At the same point, he watched the darkness slowly but surely was taken it shapes, swallowing and engulfing everything in sight without any exception. It brought him fear and he began to yell for anybody, for anything to help him, to save him from the lonely world. But no matter how many times he tried to scream, his voice was trapped inside his throat and he couldn’t hear any single of sound coming out from his mouth, even just for a low growl. It made his knees so weak until he can not bring himself to move another step and remain silent…

He was so frantic in waiting, so anxious to see… And it frustrated him, because he was blinded by the dark and silenced by the fear... He was always alone and he didn’t know how many times had passed by, because there’s no sign to indicate that the day was rolling. The only thing he could do just to be wary for anything he never knew, only hoping that the darkness soon to be dissolved by the light and his cold body would be warm again. He remembered holding himself for a protection. He kept on waiting and waiting, until one day… or one time… He heard something.

He heard a voice.

It was like a haze and vague, but Yunho still heard it. He didn’t know what it is but he convinced himself that maybe it could lead him out of there. He then forced himself to stand on his feet, touching in the dark as if wanting to feel something that he could hang onto and slowly moving forwards to the far away voice that surprisingly very appeasing.

The voice was came and gone. When the voice were gone, Yunho felt so lonely and lost his destination, but when it came again, there was a glimmer of hope raising in his heart, telling him that he can’t afford to give up, that no matter what happened he had to keep going. And Yunho thought that he was began to hear the voice getting clear and clearer each step that he made, and he recognized that it was someone’s voices, someone’s voices that he never heard in his entire life. And it was calling for him, calling his name, like a prayer telling him to go back, whispering over something that warmed his heart. And without realizing, Yunho was running. Running and running. He didn’t care that it was dark. He didn’t care that he might stumbles and falls to the ground. He didn’t care that the world he stayed in right now providing a deafening silent. He never cared for the sign of his weakened feet, the rapid thump in his chest that squeezing his heart, and his burning lungs that gasping for air. He wanted to respond the voice, wanting to scream that he heard him, wanting to let someone out there knew that he was waiting for somebody to save him, but he didn’t know how. He only knew that the voice was getting closer and closer, and he needs to reach it very soon.

But then he stopped for a while, catching his breath as he sharpened his hearing ability, trying to listens everything clearly. And then he heard something else, and this time more than only voices. It was a… song?
Yunho blinked. Yes it was a song. So deep, so beautiful that he wanted to cry just by only listening to the melody. It was full of emotion, filled of love and longing… something that Yunho longed to feel again in his heart. But suddenly it stopped, making Yunho raised in panic. ‘No, not now…‘ He began to plead. He still wanted to hear it, and he didn’t want it to stop. And then between his desperate wish, something caught his attention.

He narrowed his eyes for something which began to take place in a far. And finally he saw it. There was a light, so blurry at first, but more and more shining, trying to fight and break through the darkness with its blinding white. It was like a ray of the sun, so warm and so bright. He moved forwards and he saw a door was opening. He didn’t know where it would lead him, but something inside his brain was telling him to keep going, that maybe it was his way out and without hesitation, Yunho ran again. He was getting closer and closer to the door where the light was coming from. He stepped inside, and there was a power that taken control over his body, pulling him somewhere he had no idea. And when he opened his eyes again, he was in a room, a familiar-white covering most of the wall and floors. The voice was disappear and changed into a steady beeping of electrocardiograph beside his bed, and thus he finally aware that he was on a hospital bed as the memory of the accident flashes before his eyes.

Yunho averts his eyes to the paper bag he settled next to the couch. He reaches for it and began to take the content out to his hand.

A paper crane. And he observes it in his hands, examining its red-colored shape with a warm feeling. He unfolds the paper, intended to redo it, trying to catch the feeling of someone who gave a large effort to make him this. And when he read the hidden words beneath the folded paper, his mouth curved into a smile. It is so soft and sincere in appreciation of whoever did this for him. It gives him a warm feeling, something that he never felt before, something that straightly struck into his lonely heart.

After he was through with the check up, Yunho had asked the nurse about the flower and the paper cranes, asking her if there someone’s regularly visiting him. The nurse of course smiling at his question and explained that along the two weeks, there was a man, probably younger than Yunho, always visiting Yunho. He came almost every day and stayed by his side, sometime he talked to him or just silently sitting while glancing outside the window, and yes the paper cranes were also the man’s doing.

He had asked the nurse his name, but he got only an apologetic smile as she answered that he didn’t know the man’s name. Yes he couldn’t stop himself for asking the same question that he’s been asking maybe ten or hundred times. Who? How? And why? He can’t be his friends or his family since they were clueless that for these past four months Yunho had been hospitalized.

Or… Is there a possibility that one of his friends had found him and visited him? Then why he didn’t tell the nurse or at least gave a hint to Yunho about who he is? Why must he keep his identity as a secret?
Yunho was waiting, keep believing that his question would be answered when the man’s coming and he could tell his gratitude upon the man for visiting him. But unfortunately, up until the day Yunho was discharged, the man was never showing up.

When he acknowledged that, he felt so disappointed. He really needs to know the man. The man who cared enough to made those lovely paper cranes and submitting a prayer for him to wake up. And what makes Yunho wanted to meet him so bad is his voice as Yunho’s sure that the voices in his dream were belong to the man. The way his voice calling out for him and the way it led him back to the reality, Yunho still treasured those moments in his heart, because his voice was so soft, so gentle and calming in the way that Yunho never felt before.
And the song… It was hazy, but Yunho never forgot the way it moves his heart, the way it gave the courage to his tired and scared body.

God… How he hopes that he could once again hearing that voice singing the song. A lovely voice and a beautiful song mingled in a one perfect harmony.

“Whoever you are, won’t you let me know why you’re there? Why did you so care about me?”

Yunho exhales… He really wants to add some more time to think about this, but apparently there are still so many problems he has his concern with. He realized that he left his business without any notification and he knows that his assistant and the vice president of his corporation as well must be worried because of his sudden disappearance. After all, he would like to know too about how the business is developing while he wasn’t there to manage.

He takes his other cell phone, since the previous one was broken when the crash happened, and dialing a familiar number.

It doesn’t take a lot of times for the other line to answer.

“Hello…”

“Junsu…”

“Yunho? Is that You?”

Yunho smiles over the surprised voice at the other side, “Yeah, Junsu, it’s me.”

“Oh My God, Yunho… Where have you been all these months? You’ve been missing so suddenly. Without any news, without any notification and I had tried to call you so many times but you never picked up. I went to your apartment, but it was empty… I thought you’re dead or something!! Don’t you know how worried I was?” His friend blurted out, with mixture of slight annoyance and too much worries without giving Yunho chance to explain and Yunho chuckles.

“Long story, Su. Do the employees know about this?”

“No… I’d announced that you were on a business trip and still didn’t know when you will finish. God, can you put that matter aside for a while? There’s more important thing that you must explain to me!”

Yunho rolls his eyes but he can’t stop grinning, knowing Junsu’s concerns towards him. “I’ll explain it to you later... Do you have time for lunch? I still don’t feel any mood to return to the office yet.”

Junsu’s silent momentarily before answering and Yunho could feel that the other is relaxed for a bit. “Fine. I’ll meet you at the usual coffee shop, kay?”

“Okay. I’ll be there. Thanks Junsu.”

“For what.”

“For taking care and handling the business while I’m gone.”

A sigh. “It’s not a big deal, Yunho. It’s my responsibility too. But well, I’m still expecting for a good reason…”

Yunho laughs, “Don’t worry, Su… It will…”

************
“Chun?”

Yoochun snaps back into the reality when he noticed his best friend’s hand was waving in front of his face. They were in the library as Yoochun did his part time job and Changmin was visiting him.

“What are you thinking about?”

Yoochun shrugged, he turns around to do whatever he was doing with the library’s computer before he caught himself in the thought of the man that he’s been thinking for these past two months.

Changmin narrows his eyes as he bent down, poking his head closer to Yoochun’s face. “Then why did I feel that you’re hiding something from me?”

Yoochun rolls his eyes. His hand was stop typing on the keyboard since he noticed Changmin’s prying eyes on his face. He really wants to lie or ignoring Changmin’s allegation, but knowingly about Changmin’s insistency side too much, he wouldn’t be able to avoid him.

“Sometimes I really hated you for your ability to make me unable to resist you, Min.” He sighs.
Changmin smirks. “Oh yeah I’m irresistible, Jae told me so too, so there’s nothing I don’t know about it.”

“Of course he can’t resist you, since he loves you too much and already proposing you to marry him.” Yoochun remarks, chuckled while he holds his laughter when Changmin’s face turned in bright red.

“Y-yah, d-don’t change the topic, will you?!!” He stammered.

Yoochun’s eying him with a mischievous and smugly expression noticing his best friend was fidgeting on his standing position in front of his counter. He shakes his head happily. “No complain, Min… I’m happy for you.”
Changmin pouts, “Enough about me. Well, care to explain your problem to your very very best friend?”

Yoochun sighs. Changmin’s pout is his powerful weapon, nobody, not even Yoochun enable to resist. “Fine. Give me time first. My shift will end in about half an hour.”

His best friend smiles in satisfaction as he nodded his head. “I’ll wait for you inside the cafe across this library.”

Yoochun nods and he watched Changmin’s back with weariness. Well, he thought that sooner or later Changmin will be going to notice it and Yoochun knows that it is inevitable to tell Changmin about it.

A half hour later, when all of his duties at the library were done, Yoochun heads to the café in the opposite side of the library. He finds Changmin sitting at the corner with a cup of hot chocolate on the table and he was smiling to Yoochun when he caught Yoochun’s figure entering the café.

Yoochun shifts himself in front of Changmin. His best friend is staring at him with anticipation and curious expression, he looked really impatience. Yoochun rolls his eyes for he doesn’t know how many times that night.

“What do you want to know?” He says with an exasperated tone.

Changmin grins. “Everything.”

Yoochun sighed before he starts the story about a man named Jung Yunho. He told him everything; how he first laid his eyes on the sleeping man’s figure, how he got curious and unable to fight the urge to see the man again, how everything about the man was so alluring to Yoochun, how he managed to gather information about him, how he got the strange feeling that surprisingly was a pleasant thing for Yoochun and how he spent his time inside the man’s room. And when Yoochun finishes his story, he found that Changmin was giving him a knowing smile.

“What?” He asks.

The smile is still hanging on Changmin’s mouth. “Does my sappy-pianist-best friend Park Yoochun has falling in love?” It’s not a question either not a statement, but it was a teasing remark and Yoochun curses inside. He knows that telling Changmin about this was not a good decision. Now he won’t be able to run away from his teasing occasion.

“What do you think?” He leaned backwards, not quite having much energy to protest of Changmin’s behavior.
Changmin shrugs. “Does it matter? My thought isn’t important, Chun, it’s your heart, you must know which is good and which is bad for yourself, right?”

“That’s the problem, Min. I don’t even know if it’s really good for me or not. Because I don’t know anything about him except for his name, and now that he was released from the hospital, I don’t have any clue where or when I could meet him again, worse he didn’t know anything about me. If we really meet again somewhere, I don’t think that it would change the problem. I can’t do anything, Min. How am I supposed to say that I always visited him and stayed by his side during his state of coma since he didn’t notice about it?”

Changmin leans forward and pats Yoochun shoulder. “It’s okay, Chun. Everything is going to be fine. If both of you are really destined to be together, I’m sure that you will meet again someday.” He smiles comfortingly. “Have you ever heard of love will find the way if you keep believing? I do believe about it.”

Yoochun smiles wryly. “Since when you change to be a romantic person? I can’t remember the last time you say such line. I’m amazed the way Jaejoong changed you so much in this short period of time.”

Changmin rolls his eyes. He takes a sip from his cup before leaning backwards and rests his back against the chair.

“Okay, let’s just forget about it. How’s your wedding preparation?” Yoochun follows the action and Changmin smiles.

“Good. We’ve been trying the tux, Jae and I had decided that I’m going to wear the white tux and he will wear the black tux.”

“The invitations?”

“Hmm… Family, friends and some of Jae’s business colleague.”

Yoochun smiles which is full of sincerity and happiness, “I’m happy for you, Min.”

“Thanks, Chun. I hope that you will find your one too. Ah… You’re going to perform right? You have to, okay?”

“Of course, Changmin, I will…”

************
Yunho frowns. His eyes narrowed slightly when he noticed the unbalance amount of the sales profit at the report emailed by the accounting department, two hours ago. He tries to recheck again and compares every income and expenses his corporation made, and when he found that the amount was still unbalance, he shakes his head.

He presses a button to call his secretary.

“Yes, Mr. Jung?”

“Can you connect me to Kyuhyun from the accounting department?”

“Yes, Sir, right away.”

Yunho wait for a minute and when he heard a beep sound, he picks the phone up.

“Yes, Mr. Jung. Can I help you?”

“Kyuhyun, can you check the report you just emailed me. I found that the sales profit is still unbalance.”

“Oh, sure, Sir. I don’t know, but I was sure that the amount was already balance before I sent it to you. I’ll recheck it again and after fixing it, I’ll report to you myself, Sir.”

“Ok. I’ll be waiting. Thanks.”

Yunho hangs up and sighs. It’s already two months since he returned to the office, the business development is good, but there’s sometime that the competitions were too tight and he has to work extra hard so that his business could survive in it.

He removed his eyeglasses and massaging his forehead lightly. His eyes feels so tired of working in front of the computer for these last four hours to check the report and maintaining every transaction. He smiles when his eyes suddenly caught a blue paper crane that he puts on his table next to his monitor.

He reached the paper and turns it around with his hand. He did that on purpose actually. He didn’t know why, but he wanted to believe that by doing it, he would get close to the feeling of the person who had made him those lovely cranes and sent him his wish, and tried to imagine how the man’s looked like when he made those paper cranes. He must be really looked like a little kid.

Yunho smiles again upon the thought. Every time he thinks about the man, Yunho would always smile. He would silently giggled at the man’s effort but also appreciating it very much, because it makes his heart so warm. He really wants to thank the man, but once again he would sighs exasperatedly. It was because he doesn’t know anything about him. He doesn’t know his name. He doesn’t know what he looks like. All he remembers and knows about him are just his voice, his hazy song, and his lovely paper cranes. What does Yunho supposed to do to find him?

Sometimes he thought that he will give up and forget about the man, but apparently his conscience won’t let him do that. He feels that his subconscious is longing for him, to meet him, to once again (directly this time) hears his voice. And he would dream about him, every night. In his dream, he saw a man standing in front of him, but Yunho can’t see the man’s face. He tried to reach the man by walked forwards but he can’t get him, because he always walking farther and farther until he was disappeared and Yunho woke up from his sleep.
“How could I live my life freely when I keep dreaming about him?” Yunho mutters tiredly and stop his trailed of mind to think any further away.

He intends to walk to the table across the room to pour a glass of water before someone’s knocking the door.

“Yes?”

The door to his office is open, revealing his partner’s figure entering the room.

“What’s with that face?” Junsu asks while grinning at him.

“Nothing, Su, just feeling the tension of working environment. Ah… this is so exhausting.” Yunho gulps the water, shifting his ass on the soft couch which Junsu followed.

“You’re too tensed, Yunho. Relax…”

Yunho stuck his lower lip out. “I try. Anyway, is there anything you want to tell me?”

“Yupz… Do you remember my cousin?”

“Jaejoong?” Yunho cocks his head.

“Yes.” Junsu grins, he looks rather excited.

Yunho raises his eyebrow. “What about him?”

“He’s getting married this Saturday and he would like you to come to his wedding party.”

Yunho smiles. “Sure, I’ll come. Who’s the lucky lady to have your great cousin as a husband?” Yunho props his elbows on his knees, looking at Junsu with an interest look.

“Er… It’s not a lady… A guy actually.”

“Ow…” Yunho nods his head understandingly. “Who’s the lucky guy, then?”

“His name is Shim Changmin. He’s just graduating from the medical school and my cousin was over head in love with him.” Junsu laughs. “He’s a little bit quiet, shy, but he’s a really nice person. I have met him, and I like him so much. And he loves soccer.”

Junsu winks and Yunho couldn’t help himself to laugh over Junsu’s last word. “I thought you like him because you’ll have someone to discuss about soccer match, right?”

“Maybe…”

“God… Junsu… If you love soccer so much, so why didn’t you became a professional player instead of businessman like you are now?”

Junsu shrugs his shoulder. “I don’t know. I guessed it have anything to do with family’s tradition.”

Yunho chuckles at him.

“What time is the party?”

“7 PM, at Jaejoong’s hotel’s ballroom”

“Okay… I’ll come.”

************
It is Saturday night and Yunho stood in front of the mirror to once again examining his look before going to the party. Wearing a black suit and a matching tie, Yunho looks really handsome. He combs his hair slightly in effort to make it even perfect and Yunho’s smiling to himself when he approves his appearance through the mirror.

He walked passed the living room when a paper crane on the table was emerged before his eyes. He thinks for a moment before moving towards the said table and takes the thing. He observes it for a while before taking it into his coat pocket and grinning to himself while going down to his car. He brings it with him as a lucky charm.

An hour later, Yunho found his self mingles between handsome guys and pretty ladies inside the party. He laughs, talking animatedly to his acquaintance while a glass of wine in his hand and Junsu in his side, joining the conversation.

He already met the couples, Jaejoong and Changmin, and in Yunho’s point of view, the pair is really perfect together. Yunho had met Jaejoong for a couple of times and know how his characteristic was, but when he introduced to Changmin, Yunho got the feeling that he likes the younger man. Changmin is tall, taller than Jaejoong and slightly taller than him. He’s handsome of course with high cheekbones and perfect smile. He would make a strong impression to a person who laid eyes on him for the first time because of his quietness, but once you talk to him, you will change your opinion immediately. Because he is a simple young man. He’s smart, indeed quiet, but he is a shy person. When he talks, Yunho thought that somehow he has a childish side, and when he smiles, one of his eyes will getting smaller than the other one, and Yunho acknowledged it was really cute. But it was the look in Jaejoong’s and Changmin’s eyes whenever their eyes met that made Yunho sure that they are made to each other. Their gaze is filled with so much love and promise to take care of each other and spend the rest of their days together forever.

“Ladies and gentlemen…”

Yunho stops the conversation exactly when he heard the announcement from Jaejoong through the speaker.

“We would like to present my wife’s best friend to perform with his piano. Please welcome, Mr. Park Yoochun…”

The audiences were clapping their hands, and Yunho could see the grand piano at the center of the ballroom, but he can not see the performer since his figure is blocked by the other audiences gathered around the piano. Yunho shrugs his shoulder, not quiet interested to see the man as he sips his wine from his glass into his mouth.

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen… I would like to present this song to whoever’s in love and especially for Jaejoong and Changmin… Also… for the one I’ve been writing this song for… Wherever you are, I hope you’ll hear this song and once again let me know that you are there somewhere…”

Yunho snapped his eyes to the center where everyone was paying attention to, the moment he heard that voice. The voice is undoubtedly familiar, and Yunho was sure that he heard that voice somewhere…

He walks forward slowly, trying to remember whose voice it is…

The first melody is playing, follows by the deep breathe indicating the man is going to start singing, and Yunho listens carefully.

Just how far have I walked?
If I look back behind me, I'll find a trail of tears.

Yunho’s eyes widening when he recognized the song. It was the song that Yunho kept in his mind to remember. The song that he always knows by his heart and can never forget.

I was wounded, and hurt others in return.
And now I've finally reached the place where you hide.

Such a thing as love;
It's only you, you demand too much, and I don't have it all...

He quickens his step and infiltrates his way to the front row of the audiences. As he tosses his wine glass to the side of his body, Yunho directs his eyes to the man beyond the grand piano.

Such a thing as love;
If you're not there there's no meaning to life!

Is that him? Yunho narrows his eyes, deep in his thought as he closes his eyes and trying to remember how the sound of the voice in his dream.

Do you truly love me with all your heart?
Even now, I feel insecure yeah...
Within my dreams, I saw your face and you were crying desperately,

He is…

God… It’s him…

He is so gorgeous. His face is pretty, and his expression is so sweet when he closes his eyes and playing the piano with full concentration. He is him, right? He is the one… God… Please tell him that he’s the one that Yunho had been looking for.

Please stop crying;
I won't let you go,
you are the one and nothing matters more.
Such a thing as the future,
If you aren't there, then I can't see it.
It's unnecessary.

Yes… It’s him.

Yunho reach inside his coat pocket and brought his lucky charm out.

He found him.

The morning rays of sunlight
Shone upon your sleeping face and I smiled, embarrassed
Because we were happy then
I wish that the love I felt during those days
Would continue on till.. forever

His heart beats and it’s painful against his chest, like he wants to burst out the feeling inside him. Right now and right there.

Such a thing as love;
It is only you,
you demand too much and I don't have it all!
* a long way down with you
Such a thing as love;
If you're not there then there's no meaning to life.

No matter how much I love you, it seems like it's never enough

Such a thing as the future,
If you aren't there, then I can't see a future...

“Huh?” Yunho opens his eyes when he felt a warm substance trickling down to his cheek.

Since when? He asks himself. He doesn’t realize that he was crying during the song, and he quickly swipes his face with the back of his hand, afraid of being caught for crying.

He doesn’t know what kind of tears it was. Is it joy? Or is it because he was so carried away with the melody of the song that liberated him from the dark’s prison?

“There you are, Yunho. I’ve been looking for you?” Yunho looks up and meeting with Junsu’s face. The song was stopped playing and Yunho suddenly realizes of what purpose he had been there. He turns his sigh to the piano and the man is already left. He spun around and looking for the man’s figure throughout room.

“What are you looking for?” Junsu frowns.

“Su… Did you see where he went?” Yunho asks impatiently.

“Who?”

“Mr. Park Yoochun.”

“Yoochun? Why? Do you know him?”Junsu asks confusedly.

“What? Do you know him?”

“Of course, we met several times since he is Changmin’s best friend and we frequently hung out together with Jaejoong and Changmin too.”

Yunho narrows his eyes. His mouth is slightly opened and he facepalmed. He can not believe this. He was so close with him through Junsu, but he didn’t realize it. How stupid?

“I have to find him.” Yunho says hurriedly as he turns his body around and walks away.

“Wha-Yunho?” Before Junsu has the time to question what Yunho meant, Yunho already disappeared from his sight to wherever he doesn’t know and Junsu could only sighs.

************
“Fiuhhh… It’s so hot.” Yoochun complains to himself as he walked towards the table filled of foods and cold drinks. After performing he felt his throat so dry and he got really thirsty.
Someone’s patted his shoulder. “Great performance, Chun.” Jaejoong said and giving him a bright smile.

“Thanks Jae, I hope you and Changmin like the song.” Yoochun grins at him. “Where is he by the way?”

“Oh… he’s talking to his mother…” He points his finger to where Changmin stood with his mother in front of him. “Well, I better be right there before he’s looking for me. Thank you so much, Yoochun, I love the song.” Jaejoong grins before he walks back to his wife’s side and soon has his hand encircled around Changmin’s waist perfectly as if it’s where it supposed to be.

Yoochun smiles at the sight.

Ah… now he’s the one left to be single.

Wait… Did he just pitying himself?

Yoochun sighs exasperatedly. How pathetic.

Yoochun takes a glass of orange squash and drank the content before he feels his hand was being tugged and pulled gently, and he’s forced to spin around.

He is so surprise that he spills the content of his drink when he met the pair of eyes which always closed during his visiting hours at the hospital was staring at him intensely. And Yoochun let a soft gasp coming out from his mouth.

“It’s you… Right?”

His heart is thumping loudly in his chest and Yoochun can not believe this. Jung Yunho is talking to him, not an unconscious Jung Yunho, but this time the wide awake Jung Yunho is talking to him and gripped his hand so tightly. He is so handsome, and his features are perfect beneath his black suit. He is really different with the man who lay lifelessly on the hospital bed two months ago. His browned eyes are so gently looking at him. His voice is soft. His tanned skin is glowing with the room’s light and his hand feels so warm against his skin. It’s so much better than what Yoochun had imagined.

What should he say at a time like this? He was too stunned, so frozen that finally he meets with the man he’s been fallen in love with. He really wanted to say everything he held during his time of doubt and uncertainty, but now, the word seems caught in his throat as if he loses all his ability to form words with his mouth.

“Please talk to me… I-I’m so sorry that I was rude… But please… I just want to know. It’s you right? It’s you the one who visited me when I was in a coma. It’s you who always calling out my name and wished for me to wake up. And the song you played earlier… It is the same song with the one you sang for me at the hospital, right?”

“I-I…” Yoochun bit his lips. His knees feeling so weak under the man’s strong gaze as if it is going to eat him alive. “Y-yes…” He finally says and the man’s face lit up with a bright smile that blinded him. Yoochun thought that his smile was more stunning than he ever imagined before.

“I-I’m really sorry that I visited you without permission… You don’t know me and I… I…” Yoochun stammers. He looked down and he curses himself of being so incoherence when he is talking to him. He is so nervous.

“It’s okay.” Yunho finally releases his grip onto his hand and Yoochun looks up.

“But I…”

Yunho smiles warmly. “It’s okay. I really want to thank you for all the things you have done for me. Even though there is nobody came to visit me, but you always came and never get tired of visiting me, and I’m so thankful for all of that.”

Yoochun could feel that his cheeks burned as he says, “H-how do you recognized me? I believe no one at the hospital knew my identity.”

“It’s your voice. I don’t know how… but between my sleep I hear you calling for me… and I guess it was because of the song you sang to me that I finally able to open my eyes and back to life.”

Yoochun smiles shyly. “I-I’m glad that I was able to help you.”

Yoochun watches Yunho taking out something from his pocket. Yoochun’s eyes widened at the familiar shape that he made inside Yunho’s ward.

“I believe that you recognize this.”

Yoochun takes it from Yunho’s hand and eyeing the paper crane dreamily. “Yes… I…”

“I know… It’s your wish. Don’t you know that it is my lucky charm now?”

Yoochun blinks in excitement. “Is it?”

“Yes… I really want to know everything about you. Would you let me?”

When Yoochun’s eyes meet with the man’s once again, they seems so lost in each other orbs, staring like there’s no tomorrow as if nothing and nobody could ever take this moment away from them.

Yunho breaks their gaze first while extending his hand.

“I’m Jung Yunho, nice to meet you.”

Yoochun shakes his hand. “Park Yoochun, nice to meet you too.”

Yoochun thinks, is there really a thing called fate?

His mind wandered to Changmin’s line. Love will find the way if you keep believing. Is that true?

Yoochun’s grinning to himself. He thinks that he has to keep that in mind from now on.
