I'm so sad...

BUT HOMG IT WAS GOOD! I WAS SERIOUSLY WORRIED IT WOULDN'T BE A HAPPY ENDING! BUT IT WAS! HOMFG!

-When Haruhi was on the carriage and Tamaki leapt after her?
......♥
-Hani and Mori kicking some serious PRIVATE POLICE ASS YAY-YUH!!
-Homg I'm quite certain that Eclair needs to die now. Even though she gave up in the end. But still; keeping him away, and the cell phone, and the jealousy...and the major b to the capital ITCHNESS OF HER jkdlfjf.
-But we find out that Tamaki's mom is her servant now. Whoa wtf. I still feel a bit sorry for Tamaki not seeing his mom. Oh well, the manga will explore it further.
-I WANTED TAMAKI TO KISS HARUHI WHEN THEY WERE FALLING DAMNIT! OR AFTERWARDS! OR...SOMETHING.
-Them falling in the water was cute though, and the line that Haruhi said to him HOMG CUTE AND FLASHBACKS GALORE♥.
-Lovely ending. I liked the dancing with Haruhi, too cute.
-Homg Kyoya bought his father's entire company back jfkdjf ftw. HE'S PIMP.
-Heheh, the dad's are fighting over who Haruhi should marry. I think she could marry Tamaki, and have affairs with Kyouya XDD. Plot bunny perhaps? Sounds a bit cliche in my book.

Ok, whew. Now that that's off my chest...I wanna re-watch it again. NO WAIT. THE WHOLE SERIES♥!! xD I l♥ves it so.

Moving on:
HAPPY (BELATED)
BIRTHDAY _chikoli!!

Hope you like you're Ursa/Ozai fic♥.

Title: Clearly
Author: Me
Warnings: I'm pushing it to PG-16...or...well maybe a tiny R rating. I dunno. It is a bit...spiceh (As Loveroftheflame would put it) at times.

The blaring music seemed to fade when he caught sight. The political conversations and superficial chatter subsided. The heat in the already quite warm ballroom intensified. The luxurious robes of the finest imported silk and satin felt rough against his skin...all as he drank her in.

He assumed she was another lord's or noble's daughter; attending for the same reasons as everyone else-power gain, familiarity with the new successor of the throne, networking, connections, wealth, royal nephews and nieces, grandsons and grandaughters.

She was definitely one of those. Getting her in his clutches was just a simple matter of wooing here, flirting there, a quick misstep into a side uninhabited corner, a daring kiss here, a bold touch there, and a satisfying moan that surrounded him everywhere.

It would be too easy.

**

He shouldn't assume too much.

But why shouldn't he assume? He's the prince of the Fire Nation for Agni's sake, why would anyone in their right mind deny him? Turn him away? ...almost be repulsed by him?

He misjudged her. Clearly she has poor taste.

Clearly.

**

There she was again, this time accompanied by his father's top advisor. Was he giving her a tour? Who was she anyways? ...to be important enough to be led around by the second-in-command.

But still. She had poor taste.

Clearly.

**

He couldn't get her out of his mind. He didn't want to stoop so low as to claim she was distracting him. His fighting practices were top notch, studies easy, political debates flawless, military planning and studies his forte.

**

Visiting the harem to forget was to alleviate his pains. Not having anything to do with her at all. Nope. Never.

**

He needed her. He wanted to know who she was, why she was deterred by him. He wanted to talk to her. He wanted to...to at least know her name. Clearly, she was taking over his mind.

Clearly.

**

This isn't really stalking, or in any relation of the word. I'm just following her to see where she lives, who she talks to, what she likes to do, her favorite foods. When busy with studies, my personal attendants will follow her for me. Clearly, if not ill-intentioned, it's not stalking.

Clearly.

**

Ursa. What a beautiful name. What a different name. She was definitely different from the other Fire Nation Ladies. She was genuinely kind, had the purest smile, and the most elegant manners and leadership in tough situations. She was quite ideal.

He wanted her.

**

He had no time to find out the mysteries of love, to experience their up's and down's to the fullest. To experience life with and without her; he just wanted her. Now. And with a few servants here, a few decrees there, it was decided that she be his fiance.

Her family background was solid. Her wealth substantial, political ties worthwhile. No one had any problems with the arrangement.

Except for her.

**

He didn't care what her opinions on the engagement were. He just enjoyed having an excuse to be at her side as much as possible before the wedding. He wanted to know more about her. Perhaps he wasn't taking the conventional route, but...to be Fire Nation royalty, second heir to the throne, one never took the conventional route. And to aspire to greatness, you didn't just avoid the conventional route, you ignored all traditional, advised, and predictable routes altogether, simply aiming for the extreme, the radical, the ideas none would ever expect, but have the most promise.

She would have to understand.

**

At least she was compliant. Perhaps even, a bit used to his presence? She talked more openly, giggled more often, smiled more. Perhaps, just the way he was, she was fine with. That made his job easier. He wasn't going to change for a mere woman, but if she could adapt herself, another gain on his step ladder to higher aspirations. Perhaps she even likes me?

**

Perhaps this is what love is? Not only driven by lust and desire, not only driven by the benefits, the later outcome, the political struggles, or the excitement. Something...more.

**

The marriage had no budget. Everything had to be imported, had to be fresh, top-quality, detailed, expensive, and to its most extravagant. This was the Fire Lord's son after all. Yah, the second one. But still, do not hold back.

**

His desire was by then through the roof. His own body heat had raised to abnormal temperatures, simply by waiting, by wishing, by imagining this moment for so long. And here it was. A pull here, a tug there, and there she stood before him, facing their mirror, naked. Their faces looked at the other's reflections, his form behind hers, as he just stared-the fire burned steadily the entire night, never needing a servant to feed it more wood.

**

She was too different. She doted on his useless son. She disciplined his talented daughter. She was too...fair. Too kind-hearted. It didn't reflect so well with his image. But it'll have to do for now. Perhaps her methods will save what little abilities were left of his discrace of a son, and force his daughter to surprise them all with a newfound rivalry that will push the term of Firebending to a whole new level. Clearly, his wife never ceased to surprise him.

Clearly.

OT: *sigh* I need a beta. My current one is buried in college work cause she's amazing and a hardworker. I don't want to be burdensome. SO um...let me know if you're interested. Pre-req's = plenty of time for it, not just a grammar-nut but should put in feedback for awkward phrasing or confusing lines. And um...yah I guess that's it. I'm picky about betas b/c I am a beta and I put a lot of time into mine so...yah. And NO, I CANNOT beta my own work thank you. That defies the laws of physics, literature, and common sense.Basically a writer never catches all of her own mistakes. I bet you'll find one in this fic despite my read-throughs.

ouran, gift, beta, spoilers, ficlit
