So I start class on june 6th, Finally I'll be going to college. And of course with college comes the change of scenery. So it's out of E.P. and into Brighton.
I'm pretty fucking confident. I have no job out there yet and am still working for Papa, I have not even really started packing up my shit and cleaning out my room. But I'm still confident. Honestly, I think it's about time to put Poochie behind me. I can't afford to fuck up anymore, so I just won't. I've sure as hell made a lot of mistakes and this transition will help put a few of those out of my grasp. I know it's only an hour drive away ( the last few times I've cut it down to a half hour drive, I'm begging for a ticket ) But still, it feels like a whole different world. Which in a way it is.
Out there the closest thing I have to the boys is my 65 year old grandfather and my pussy ass 17 year old cousin Ian. And so the only real choice I have is to find a decent job and keep myself as busy as possible. I'd still like to find a way to keep my weekends free to either come down and see Araz and the guys, or just waste the day away on the lake, but the rest of my time needs to be occupied. It's funny when my Ideal friday is working all day then kicking back with a Forty and a movie.
I'll rant about my move and the people who are throwing away a chance for something meaningful with me some other time, lets move on to Kavehs weekend of fun schedule shall we?
Next week I will be kicking off my Memorial Day weekend on thursday. My Papa and Grandma are going to Iowa to visit my uncle and are leaving on thursday, but my grandmothers sister won't be home thursday night and she needs someone to stay with her mom until friday morning. Just to make sure she doesn't die or anything. That won't really do much good, if she starts having a stroke or something, I may be tempted to let her croak so I can have the big room. But I WILL HAVE THE HOUSE TO MYSELF. ON THE LAKE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. so if you would like to go fishing or just have me take you for a spin around the lake on the boat, call me.
I'll be back down for a bit on friday to go to Gibraltor with Nick, so if you need a ride and don't mind staying the night, I can drive you. Or if you just want to follow me that works too. There probably won't be drinking, if there is it will only be beer. we'll just be relaxing and hanging out for the weekend. The water should still be pretty damn cold, but if it gets hot enough, I'm swimming and probably doing some inner tubing, so bring a bathing suit if you want.
