Room(s) for Rent
I'm pretty sure none of you are looking for a new pad within about a mile of Macalester. But perhaps you know someone who knows someone?
We're looking into renting out half of our old house, which is on Iglehart Avenue in Saint Paul, between Wheeler and Aldine.
Downstairs room w/ attached bathroom ($500 + utilities)
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, common room, & bathroom ($800 + utilities)
Kitchen and other common space, porch, deck, etc., would be shared with Ed, who'd live in whichever half of the house we don't rent.
