Only when looking at the pictures taken of myself at the end of December did I realise that I really have lost weight (7 kg) and that I actually like myself better the way I am now. Yes, all the ribs may be on show, and I've got to buy a lot of new clothes that wouldn't fall off me, but I like my face better this way and I've gotten used to my body the way it is now.
What the hell, body mass calculator tells me that 55 kg is a perfectly normal weight when you're 167.5 cm, so I'll try to stick with this weight and try not to stray from it much.
Which, strangely enough, might mean that I'd have to eat properly.
I've also got a funny theory that the excess weight accumulated over three years or so had been stress and depression and I'm finally getting rid of it all :)
