(no subject)
It's still quite cold here (not over +10 Celsius when the sun is shining), but very nice.
The second chapter of my thesis is almost finished, I think that the paper won't be longer than 30 pages or so. That's fine by me, it's still over the required minimum. This means that I've got something like ten pages to write; and then I'll elaborate, oh joy.
And in half an hour I'm going out to buy the Dylan concert ticket. Yay.
It's funny how it doesn't feel like living at the city limits, and even the bus stop still feels like a normal part of town, but a couple of hundred metres further, by the lake, it already feels like being out of the city. Somehow, living here fits me. Although I think that living almost anywhere would actually fit me.
Went to take pictures of the sunset yesterday, and it was wonderful but also very stupid, because it was something like +6 and I was wearing very light shoes and took my gloves off and I think I'm a bit more cold than I used to be. But the pictures were worth it. They might not be worth notice artistically but it looked beautiful, and I'm a bit proud that I managed to capture the colours.
