When I bought the laptop it came with Norton antivirus. And now the antivirus is PMSing xD Sometimes it works well, but most of the time I'm greeted by a string of error messages and I even have to restart to be able to open internet explorer. As it came with the laptop, I don't have any CD or serial number, so I can't reinstall it. Actually, I can't even uninstall it, because when I try, I'm being told that the antivirus "has encountered a problem".
If nothing works, I guess I'll take it to where I bought the laptop so they could fix it.
