I'm also being extremely fangirlish about The Prophecy trilogy. The movies aren't that good, but some of the actors are amazing. Especially Christopher Walken. I love what he does with his voice. Without him, the trilogy would not be worth watching.
Also, Gabriel/Simon slash is practically canon (though, unfortunately, very low-rated). Not to mention the fact that Eric Stoltz is lovely. I love the way they're looking at each other (and then Gabriel touches Simon's hair and kisses his hand).
