Loveland Legacy 4.3

Okay, so.. I made a thing.
Then I realized that it was too big a thing. So I rebuilt it.

(Odin's father, Sif Silvain's room) - He's a well traveled sim, so the smallish room was fine with him. He has plenty of wall space for his travel posters and it's simple like a hotel room. There is a small chest of drawers at the foot of his bed with another figurine from China.

(Odin's son, Freygerd Complady's room) - he loved the retro and orange furniture, so Odin and Jo kept it, but he hasn't moved in yet to decorate.
(Odin's daughter, Sif Amalia's room) - pink, and musically talented. Jo gave her the panda bear teddy, too.
(master bedroom) - Cribs are there for future children

Odin is a handyman. Or rather, in the repairman career, but he's pretty high up so I'm going to let him keep it. He's got some nice skills as well.

Getting the new bird since the old one died (from mysterious causes.) This one is named Tiger.
Jo started training him how to speak. She got pulled away to go to work and didn't keep at it, but he did say one of the words she was trying to get him to say.

Jo is cooking. Or attempting to cook. She's never really worked on her cooking skill.

The flying creepy bird. Not a fan. The sims kept opening his cage and letting him flap around. It freaked me out. Once they got him back in his cage, I kept a stricter leash on Odin and Jo, no opening the cage door.
I sent Jo to the pet store to buy a female doggie for Noodle to mate with. This is Lady.
And a new female cat, because Darlin and Smokey didn't get along. This is Sassi.
Going home.
And yay, for making sure they were playful! (That's Lorelei's legs, but since neither Jo nor Odin have met her, I can't recall her last name, I'm sorry!)
Despite the stinky pet house, Smokey and Sassi are making the first litter of the Loveland house for this generation!
Odin was playing with a wolf outside, and decided to adopt him. His name is Davender.
Davender the dopey wolf. He's cute. Maybe I'll breed him and Lady, instead of Noodle. Maybe I can do both?! ... I think I'm going to have too many pets, lol.
Jo is getting a bit older and despite boinking regularly and often, hasn't gotten pregnant yet. So I'm thinking about buying some elixir of life. I know it's shunned in legacies (or at least penalized in the pointed version) but I don't want the round robin to end with me!
While I was in this menu I remembered the aspiration benefits, so here's Jo's. Odin's is the first & third, but not topped out yet.

And countless hours later (two days, I think?) We finally got a winner! Yay. Generation five is on it's way.
Now I can focus on moving Odin's family in, giving these two a wedding party (Jo's had that want locked since they got engaged)... Have to focus on keeping Jo's needs up and stuff. I wonder, if the family own a wolf, does the want get fulfilled when they see their pet? Or does the owned wolf basically become a dog when it's owned?
I think Jo is excited. I'm not sure if it's for work or because she hasn't told Odin the news yet, though.
Noodle is just too curious. Poor doggie got skunked again.
Sassi is running around on catnip.
Lady is wondering what the hell's wrong with her.
Ah damn. Bird died again. I swear I had Jo feed them all the time! I get Jo to clean the cage whenever it pops up, and I think I had her refill the food dish at least twice a day. Bah. oh well.
Just to show that Panda is still okay, here's Jo petting him.
There was finally an evening both Jo and Odin had off, so wedding party time! First to arrive is Irma Pitts (she needs to get moved in/married. That name, oy.).

Odin's trying to get his family to move in and I've never seen this message about 8 sims. A moment later Sif moved in anyway and we got his cash (woot! much needed). Yay lotfullofsims! (yes, the part started out really dull.)
Check out Jo's adorable alternative wedding outfit. I thought it was fitting for her. She looks a bit nervous.
Despite the candles and spotlights, it was very dark. The deco was orange, black and purple. And it is fall ingame.

Oh, shit, I just spotted Davender the wolf in the background. Too freakin' funny. There were some sims still inside watching tv, and they still had problems getting to the chairs.

Apparently no one else wanted to join the bride at the dinner feast? I think everyone had to go to the bathroom first. (yes, she is stinky.... wedding dresses are hot!)
Oh, there's Sif the younger.
Odin was able to convice both his father and daughter to move in right away, Freygerd was frustrating. I had to move him in with the teleporter cat, because he queue kept saying "leave," even when he had moved in. It was weird. My game is weird, I guess. (modded to much? nah.)
Jo attempted to go to bed, but Odin called her back out to eat cake.

Sif (the elder) Silvain, family, top, middle of the education track as a teacher's aide.

And she popped! Yay! So freaking excited.
Ah. While the kids are at school the adults skill like a normal family.
Jo is still horrid at cooking. (being watched by kitty.)
I love that after the wedding and honeymoon, Odin still hasn't slept and he's still in his tux.
That evening, Sif the elder got a promotion to the top of his carrer track, he is now a substitute teacher. We should be getting some more money in the house now and hopefully can pay off the mortgage (shrubs) on the house soon. Maybe even before baby arrives.
Anyways, I wanted to get this update up so I could play the next week. I know I was only suppose to take a month but I've been sick and haven't felt like playing much. I'm sorry! I think I'll be done by mid-May, giving myself enough time to play another three ingame weeks or so and post two, maybe three more times. I hope that's okay. <3<3<3
