Oh no they didn't!

So this morning one of the sweatshirt brigade comes up to me and tells me that she and the rest of the sweatshirt were going to move my desk over to where they sit, but someone else stopped them and told them "y'know maybe you should ask her first?" so do you want to come sit with us.

..........

The sweatshirt brigade don't appear to have left high school mentally, either -- they've been forming a 'girl gang' flashing right back to junior high. The 'She Who Must Be Pleased' has been established, the lieutenants have arranged themselves around her, and they've chosen their first target to harass. Who isn't me, btw.

However, after my refusal to join their gang, I may become a target. Because that's exactly what that was, an attempt to get the Brainy Observer onto "their side" before she becomes a problem. The pushover brainy observer, who should be all honoured that the Cool Kids want her to sit with them. The brainy observer who witnessed a confrontation between She Who Must Be Pleased and one of the other classmates, about the target.

Only this isn't high school. I'm forty, I have a huge problem with people making my decisions for me, and I am not playing any high school social games. Needless to say, my desk is staying where it is.

Yesterday's outfit:
- black scoop neck sweater
- black blingy jeans
- pearl & steel collar necklace
- grey cardigan

Today's outfit:
- black turtleneck, belted over the blingy jeans
- lavender accent scarf fixed with scarf clip
- grey cardigan
- black Mary Janes
- lavender hairsticks

Now if you'll excuse me, Michael Benyaer is guest-starring on The Mentalist. Bob!!!!!!!! =DDDDD Bob the Guardian and Agent James Jesse who is channelling the Pied Piper and spouting social consciousness. Um, wow!

clothes log, life, college
