I like your English class. :P It's the dystopia/utopia theme, which is plain frackin' awesome. 8D If you like 1984, then, in pretty much complete contrast, there is A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. Name makes me giggle. Anyhow, the premise of it is that everyone's happy, and safe, (brainwashing at it's finest) drugs and sex pretty much rule, and it's a happy, free place, except for this one guy wants to escape from it. :D
