whew
i'm pretty pooped, so this is the much abbreviated version.
highlights include:
* the Borax Museum in Boron, CA. we played geologists for a couple of hours. Boron (our fifth element) is in everything!
* playing in snow at Williams, Arizona.
* Bedrock City!
* hundreds of fantastic neon signs (pictures soon)
* downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico
* Texas, all of it.
but especially, the cute cowboys, the big Texan, and the Cadillac Ranch.
on the way home, Eva Longoria was on the same flight from Oklahoma to Denver. we chatted a minute in the bathrooms even. i had no clue who she was. funny.
ahh vacation. i can't wait to see you again.
for now, i need some sleep. i just got home from the Mark Kozelek show and tomorrow, it's back to the same old grind.
