(no subject)
registered for classes today. turned out better than i thought it might. granted, i was at the beginning of registration, so none of my classes were closed, but it was still interesting. poli sci doesn't offer many classes in the spring, english hasn't offered many classes for a while now, and sociology offered all their classes at the same time - but eough complaining. all that matters is that i basically got my schedule like i wanted (still waiting for a professor to email me back to give me consent to take his class). i'm not going to have any friday classes, so that will be awesome. so, any of y'all at other colleges, let me know and i'll make road trips next semester.
on other news, heading to brookneal tomorrow to camp hat creek for our church's annual retreat (first time i ever missed it was last year when i was in atlanta). should be a great, relaxing weekend and hopefully i'll be able to get a good bit of schoolwork done while i'm there. then, next weekend my parents and sister are coming up for the weekend so that will be fun. they're brining me my cedar chest and some other stuff, we're going to the football game, and definitely will be going out to eat :-D can't wait.
