Down to up?

Well, this is a pleasant change. My day started in a crappy way, but got better. Melissa wouldn't take me to school early, so I thought I might fail a math paper that I needed help on. I ended up passing. Then I went to theater. My teacher said my monologue was good. Wow, he never compliments anyone unless he really means it. Then I found out I had two 79.3's. This was very bad because the deal with my mom was that I would get all A's and B's, even though I don't try and could get better. If I got those grades I could: skip for the Twilight movie, skip on my birthday, go to Colorado with Megan, and really just have less rules to follow. My dad didn't care, but I literally had to dance around the house and plead with my mom to let me go. I can go to Colorado and skip for the Twilight movie, but I have to go on my birthday and now I am being watched like a hawk around the house. Yeah, they basically own me now. Whatever. Then, my mom insists that I have a birthday party. I said no, she said, "I'll call your friends and make them come. Don't think I won't!". So apparently, I'm having a party. Oh, marvelous. Then, Megan says that she can either come and visit on my birthday or during Thanksgiving. This is GREAT! I'm so happy. I miss her so much. I want her to skip a day of school so she can meet everyone at my school. She moved away in seventh grade, but I talk about her all the time, so most people remember her. Ahhh, I can't contain my enthusiasm! I'm hoping this all works out!
