Window down
One of my favorite things to do in the world is ride in my sister's car with the window rolled down. I have no idea why I like it so much. Something about the wind blowing around my face and both of us singing to the radio gives me a feeling of contentment.
My dad and stepmom are on there way back from their honeymoon right now. This weekend should be interesting. His job requires him to travel every week, so I won't be going to his house until Saturday. Friday, I'm going to a Halloween party. I'm going to be cat. Then Saturday I'll be at my dad's. I'm going to try to get him to talk to Megan's mom on the phone. Melissa and I are supposed to be going to Colorado for a few days with Megan in January. All we have to do is get my dad to agree and pay a little bit.
Things are getting pretty crazy right now. It seems like everyone is stressed out. I think I'm the only one in the family who is keeping their cool. It's not their fault that they're all high strung. Everyone's had to deal with a lot lately. I'm lucky because I've been able to escape from the pressures for a little while during the time that I hang out with my friends. Hopefully everyone will calm down this week and relax a little.
