I'm a bit worried that a television show can have such an effect on my moods.

But, new episodes of GLEE!!!

So apparently being married means I'm grown up now, and my parents no longer have obligations to store stuff for me. I don't really agree - but I wasn't really given any choice in the matter. So I've got whole plastic tubs full of stuff I thought was important enough to keep over the years.

so I'm about finished my book scanning project - we're at over 1500 books, and the only ones left to do are the ones that I've loaned out and need to start gradually bringing them back home to roost. It's lonely here in my house.

I"ve spent the weekend organising to combat it. It didn't really work, but you should see the lists I've made.

I'm a year older! This may change, but I still love birthdays. As of now I'm not freaking out - many would say that's because I don't have any reason to freak out, given that I'm not really pushing any huge age walls. but still. Birthdays to me = still a lot of fun. Cake and presents. Honestly, how can that be bad?

To be honest, I didn't really jump on the Gillard band wagon. Female prime ministers are all well and good, but Canada had the exact same situation (first female prime minister taking over from deposed leader) about 10 years ago and it was a freakin' disaster, so I'm learning to judge PMs based on what they do rather than what they represent.
