Ganked from wicked_wish: As one viewer put it, Christian Klingons in Finland, a.k.a. the band Lordi, with the live performance of their Eurovision contest-winner "Hard Rock Hallelujah."

Scary. Funny. Bizarre. And obviously meant for a Guitar Hero future.

Is it sad that I already knew and had seen the winner of Eurovision?

The lyrics to that song are fucking dope, though I am wondering if anyone else has noticed they are a Gwar ripoff. Not to say that the entire concept is not wonderful. Just saying, it's been done many times.

I was just about to point out the Gwar thing.

Well, not having paid enough attention to music in lieu of books in my formative years, I obviously missed the Gwar thing. However, you and others are bringing it up, so... Catching up! :D

I would like to point out though that any derivative-ness (derativity? derativosity?) does not negate the FUCKING AWESOMENESS of the lyrics to that song. The day of ROCKINING, man. Rockining.

And no, it's not sad. If you were a life-and-death-intense OC fan, then that would be sad. ;P

Ah, but I will be setting aside special time to watch the American Idol finale. But I am aware that that is sad and comfortable with the fact. :)
