Eek!

Okay... I saw two other freaky things last night. (I know I shouldn’t have read that The World’s Greatest Ghosts book!) I had been copying and editing this poem onto another notebook from my poetry notebook when something white was seen through my peripheral vision. I turned my head: there was nothing there. I’m like, Was that a ghost? ...or my overactive imagination?

After changing and brushing my teeth before bed, I went to my parents’ room to say good night to my mom. I had just entered the room, which was already being cooled by the aircon, when suddenly the flap of the window flew open, making this really loud noise. I slowly backed away from the room and went to my brother, who was already taking a bath. This wasn’t a problem. He was like, "*grouchy* Sis, stop telling me ghost stories." ...That wasn’t a ghost story...

Dad’s going to play tennis in the same tennis club as me later... And my classmates are going to be there as well, playing badminton while I am playing tennis... Geh. I have to make sure my hair is fixed and all! I think I have a cute shirt ready. I mean, if they actually see me, I want to be prepared... I mean, yeah, they're classmates, and I saw them practically everyday this schoolyear, but if you're in casual, let them know you at least have a better sense of fashion than they do.

How popular are you?

I am so not popular! Ha ha. I like being known for what I do, but sometimes popularity brings more trouble than anything else. You get rumors made about you, and then stupid guys go after you.. It's a lot more fun to be, not a nobody, but just yourself, uncaring about what the rest of the world thinks! Then again, than in itself can be a problem too..

tennis, classmates, summer
