In other news, I am completely addicted to the Vampires game (which I didn't really need in addition to my Neopets addiction) and have realized I never really want to talk about anything else...
Graduating in a month, though I plan to skip town for the actual affair since it's silly and I really don't have any desire to hear John McCain speak. Starting my MBA on May 1. Looked at the book for my first class and yawned. Hopefully it won't be too terrible. I did some job searching for a little while toward the beginning of this month, but I really do like my job despite the fact that I have majorly outgrown any challenge it might have possessed. A raise this year and free grad school might encourage me to stick around a bit longer. If nothing else, my resume is primed and ready for the wonderful opportunity that's supposed to be falling into my lap any minute now.
Percy (the pig) got sick after Cody (the other pig) died. Apparently he had mites from when he was in the pet store and the stress of losing his companion caused them to make their move, resulting in a very miserable and itchy pig. After the $80.10 I paid the vet to fix him, I am glad he is back to his usual, bratty self. He even felt good enough to bite me this morning. So yeah, if anyone knows someone who wants a free guinea pig with all the accessories included, let me know. I want to keep him, but the way things are headed with my life, etc., I don't know how long I will be able to.
Later this summer I am looking into taking the motorcycle riding class at CVCC. It will be good for me to know how and someday, long, long from now, I may want to get my own bike. In the meantime, I won't knock the extra letter on my driver's license. Plus it's only $65. And that's less than I paid so someone I don't like would stop scratching himself.
