I have once again been sucked into having a Livejournal account. Well, not sucked exactly. But it is a good way too keep up with people.
Right now I am sitting in a meeting at work pretending to pay attention. Getting ready for Budget Hearings on December 12 is not exactly thrilling. Fortunately the whole mess will be over soon. It seems as though as soon as the students leave, the entire department is going on vacation. Including me! Yay! First I have to get through finals. But since I only have two I really shouldn't be complaining much. My biggest concern at the moment is a 40 minute presentation I get to do Monday night which is basically a compilation of an entire semester of work. It will be good experience though. I tend to enjoy giving presentations, though marketing a new product is probably not something that I will ever actually need to do. Tonight I will do the PowerPoint and then will spend most of Saturday shooting a video for it. My unique sense of humor should come in handy.
