Well, there you have it. I do live vicariously through my sims, don't I? Also, due to poplar request (not to be confused with "popular" request. Some trees asked me), I've uploaded the version of the lot saved before anyone was moved in.

A few notes about downloading: As with all the other Dork houses, I have every EP and SP, up to Apartment Life and Mansion and Garden Stuff. I don't know what items I used for which, but I know for certain that I used items from both AL and M&Gs. So, if you don't have all the EPs, BEWARE. As steezie_k discovered, items from EPs you don't have MAY TURN TO FIRE.
DO install with the Clean Installer! You'll want to remove "Garden Plot" and "Phone Line Controller," as both of those are hacks. However, the other items marked in red are NOT, they're items from the Sims Official Store (or extracted items from Castaway Stories), and for some reason they show up as though they were hacks.
Also, due to a glitch, this lot will come packaged with EVERY SINGLE recolour of the CC items I put in there, hence the 82MB filesize. I did attempt to remove some of them, but when I Save As'd the file, all the packages show as filetype "empty package," so I'm honestly not sure if it will work for you. However, if you're willing to try, the download link is here. And let me know whether or not it works!
