So, I only have my work compy in the bush with me, which means the only music I have is the like 300 songs on my ipod, which I have not changed in like 2 months and have memorized both the lyrics and the order of the songs.
Today I decided to get limewire and try to use our shitty connection to get some tunes.
I dl'ed this amzing song from the Snatch soundtrack called Golden Brown by the Stranglers. It is a beautiful song. I can't get over it. (oddly enough it is the song that plays when Mikey knocks out Gorgeous, the Gypsies are debating killing Tommy and being rid of the both of them and Tommy, the tit, looks like he's going to cry)
I found a bunch of celtic/folk rock and then some songs by Wall of Voodoo which I will put on my list of top underrated bands. I love what I have heard by them. Like Marcy Playground, another fantastic underrated band, they had one big hit and another song that entered the chart and didn't get too far. Wall of Voodoo also do an excellent, and interesting cover of Ring of Fire.
