It's not over, not by a long shot, I'm sure. So, I am asking everyone I know to please, please vote and protect the rights of one another. Yes, this one decision today affects me and may make no difference to some of you. I get that. But I'm talking about equality here. For everyone. It's not just a gay issue. It's about living in a place that does not legally single out folks as being different and then going even further to say that those differences make a person less than everyone else--so less than, that they will not be afforded the same rights as everyone else belonging to the not-so-different group. It is one smalll area we can control. We have to keep working in all these small spaces, have to keep looking under rocks and around corners to find all the nooks and crannies where our fellow underdogs are being kicked and kept ...separate. We only have each other. Keep fighting.
