Summary: Even in life after KAT-TUN, without fuss or agenda, two friends find their way back to each other.
Notes: After almost ten years, I can’t believe I’m back here! It's been that long since I dropped off the face of fandom, and seven years (!!!) since my last fic, so please bear with the blurry timelines within the story. I don't know where the urge to write this came from but I guess this is my own attempt at closure.
( They stay there in silence for a little while longer, sipping lukewarm beer and smoking cigarettes, as if they haven’t lost ten long years between them. As always, when they’re together, time escapes them. The sun is about to come up and they watch on as its first traces of light burn slowly across the sky. )
