Summary: Ueda works as an assistant in the Nishikido’s family and his life is perfect until his boss’s only son, Nishikido Ryo come back from oversea. Their first encounter is bad to start with and what happen when Ryo lose control over his temper and making Ueda his victim. However, due to Nishikido’s family, Ryo have to take responsibility by marrying Ueda and let see what kind of new life that Ryo can provides Ueda from their forced marriage. And let see how a certain Ueda Takahiro help in leading them to be in love with each other.

~After a few days~
Nishikido-san can't be happier than this. It is an under estimation if he said that he was not surprised by the resignation letter from Ueda, he can't help feeling like he just win over something. When he went back home that day, he quickly rushed into Ryo's room (without knocking) and it almost made Ryo had a heart attack when suddenly his father came to hug him while he changed clothes.
"Papa…what happen? You’re suffocating me." Ryo said to remind his father that the hug is quite tight for him.
"Gosh…son, do you want to know what happen today? I got this letter from that brat assistant-san." His father showed the resignation letter and Ryo read it. He can't help grinning like a madman.
"That’s good Papa. That stupid assistant of you finally back off." Ryo said and hug his father.
"But…not that I care, I wonder what happened to him? He disappeared for a few days and suddenly resigned." Ryo's father asked his son with curiosity shown on his face.
"Papa…does it even important to care about? I mean...he’s gone so it safe now…no no...I mean what’s important is that he is gone and now you can work peacefully." Ryo started to feel nervous listening to his father’s question, and it shown on his voice. Ryo tried to avoid his father’s curious stare, so he made himself busy with choosing hats inside his walk-in closet.
"Ryooo…are you not telling me anything? Why do I feel like you’re acting odd?" Nishikido-san followed Ryo into the walk-in closet and forced Ryo to look at him.
"It…it’s nothing. Can we just forget about this?" Ryo tried to avoid his father’s curious stare again but his father was being stubborn and kept a hold of him.
"Tell me. What happened? Does my assistant's disappearance have anything to do with you? I promise you this is going to be our secret." His father seems determined and Ryo gave up on avoiding the question.
"Papa…it’s just...that day, I got so mad and I kind of did something bad to him...just to teach him a lesson. You know…a lesson to destroy his pride." Ryo’s confession doesn't sound good to his father. "What kind of lesson did you give him? Care to explain." His father asked again.
"Well...you know. That thing…what man and man shouldn't do, what more if it by force. Papa...I don't want to talk about it anymore. Ryo broke free from his father’s firm hold and walked out of the walk-in closet but to his surprise, his mother was there and she seems angry. If she is an anime, Ryo sure they’re going to be fire balls flying around her head.
"Mama...I...I didn't hear you coming." Ryo knew his mother must have listened to his conversation with his father, so he tried to run out of the room but unfortunately, his mother was faster and stopped him in front of the door.
"Now...tell me. What have you done to your Papa's assistant that you can't even tell him? I'm your mother and I COMMAND YOU TO SPILL IT OUT." Ryo had never seen his mother this angry before and he knew this is the end of the day for him.
"I…I…I kind of forced him to have sex with me. I don't mean to but it just happened. I got too angry at him and I kind of lured him into my trap." Ryo said with a low voice, he can't even look at his mother when he confessed. A slap landed on his face and the next thing he saw, his mother collapsed on the floor, kneeling and crying and saying how can she gave birth to such a son. Ryo was crying listening to his mother’s cries and the most heart breaking thing was when his mama pushed him away when he tried to hug her.
"Mama...I'm sorry. I promise you. I do anything to fix this. Sorry." Ryo was kneeling in front of his mother and tried to reach out for her hand, only to be pushed away again.
"You...Nishikido Ryo, be responsible of what you did to him or I never admit you as my son anymore. I don't want a son that raped someone out of anger." His mother gave him a warning look and left Ryo kneeling on the floor. But before he left, his mother suddenly blurt out "Marry him and take responsibility. Until that happen, I want you out of this house."
"Mama, you kick me out of this house because of him? I'm your son but why do you take on his side." Ryo can't help to ask.
"I'm not your mother until you marry him. Are we clear on that?" His mother gave him a hateful look and went downstairs.
Ryo still can hear his mother cries from his room even when his mother had gone downstairs.
"Son...I can't help you this time. I know you hate him but what you did this time is too much. I told you, never hurt him. Your mother would never forgive you if you did and now you see how she side with that kid even though you are his son." Nishikido Yuu said to Ryo. He gave him a warning before and he can't help it if his son did not listen to his advice.

It has been a month since Ueda sent his resignation letter. He was glad that he never met anyone from Nishikido family but not that he hates Nishikido's mama but he can't face them anymore. After the incident, he tried to find a job on other local company but he got rejected without any specific reason. So now he worked at a bakery near to his ex-working place. Not that he got a choice but that bakery belongs to Kame's boyfriend and Kame thinks it is a good idea since his boyfriend's bakery needed help anyway.
"Welcome to the Nishioka's Bakery." Ueda greeted the costumers that came into the bakery without looking who actually entered. It was almost closing time and he was quite "unhappy" that there are still customers coming.
"Hi there pretty...can I get two donuts and maybe you too?" The customers teased.
"What?? Oohh…Kame-chan, stop teasing me. I thought you are a real customer." Ueda smiled when he saw it was Kame who was trying to "buy" him.
"Uebo…are you implying that I can't buy my own friend? I'm a customer too, you know? Don't treat me like I'm not a customer even thought this is Tsuyo-kun's bakery." Kame pretended to be angry at his friend.
"Ok…save the lectures. I got work to do, this sales report has been stressing me out since this morning and your boyfriend wants the report tomorrow. So you can't buy me now." Ueda replied, his hand typing something on the desktop which is also in front of the cash machine.
Kame went inside the cashier counter and hugged Ueda from the back, resting his head on Ueda's back.
"But I miss you. I’m free tonight and I planned on taking you out for a dinner and movie. I already rejected Tsuyo-kun’s dinner invitation because of you. Please...can we go out tonight? It has been quite a long time since we have some quality time together”, Kame made his cute nagging voice to convince Ueda. If someone were to see them right now, they could have mistaken them as lovers and at that moment, two new customers came in.
"Kame-chan, we have customer." Ueda tried to stand up to free himself from Kame's hug and greeted the customers. But he stopped halfway and his face became pale in an instance when he made eyes contact with the new customers.
Kame saw Ueda’s face becoming pale and he wondered why he looked so frightening, he can feel Ueda's body shaking a bit from his hold on Ueda's waist.
"Nishikido Ryo...I...I…Why are you here?" Ueda can't seem to find the right words to describe his shock-ness from Ryo’s sudden appearance and Ueda can see that Ryo's friend from the hotel is also here, the one called Jin.
Both of them (the Ryoda) just looked at each other and were staring into each other’s eyes. What Ryo saw in Ueda was all hateness towards him and vice versa. Ueda hates Ryo because he raped him but Ryo hates Ueda because Ueda has ruined his life with his family, his mother hates him and now his mother made a stupid request as something his mom called as "be responsible".

Ueda had been quiet throughout the dinner with Kame and Kame were not happy that their supposed-to-be-fun outing becoming this quiet. "Uebo...what’s wrong with you? What did you and that Nishikido talked about just now?" Kame kept on asking questions to Ueda that he don't even know if he would be able to give the honest answer. Ueda hadn't decided yet whether or not to tell Kame about what Ryo had done to him. He didn’t want Kame to get too involved with his problem with Ryo but if he hide it, Kame wouldn't stop being curious and will forever nag him about it.
"Uebo…I'm speaking with you. Don't pretend like I don't exist. I'm your friend and friend shares problems with each other and..." Kame kept on nagging that he didn’t realize Ueda already at the edge of crying.
"Kame…stop. I’ll tell you about it when I am ready. Sorry...but I don't feel well today, I'm leaving." Ueda left their eating table and ran out of the restaurant. Kame tried to catch up from behind but he failed to reach Ueda, so he thought it would be better if he just leave him alone.
~Few hours ago~
"We need to talk." Ryo said and pulled Ueda out of the bakery to lead him outside. When Kame saw his friend was being dragged out of the bakery quite roughly, he tried to stop Ryo but with Jin's help, he was able to stop Kame from interfering Ryo’s little chat with Ueda. Actually, it was also with Jin's helps that Ryo was able to find where Ueda is working and thus leading to their unexpected meeting today.
"What do you want from me? You rapist...have you not done enough to me?" Ueda tried to fight against Ryo’s strong hold on his wrist but Ryo just don't want to let him go.
"Listen here, Princess. I come here not to be your friend. I come to ask you to be my wife." Ryo said loud and clear and his eyes looking straight into Ueda's eyes. Ryo's eye sent chills into Ueda's heart and it make his heart beat faster.
"Ooiii...idiot, did you heard what I just said? I was asking you to be my wife. This is all because my mama wants me to take responsibility on what I had done to you." Ryo said again when he didn't get any respond from Ueda but he can clearly heard Ueda's heavy breathing.
"Ooiii…don't just look at me like that? Answer me." Ryo lightly slapped Ueda on his cheeks and it made Ueda came back to reality from his flash back (of the night he being rape).
"What? Let go of me. Don't hurt me again...I didn't tell anyone about what happen. I swear I didn't tell..." Ueda's plea was stopped by Ryo next remark, "Have you heard what I’ve been saying? I said I want to take you as my wife. Mama knew about it from me, it got nothing to do with you."
"WHAT? Be you wife? Excuse me but I hope you do know that I'm a guy." Ueda said out loud and he bit on Ryo's arm to release himself from Ryo's hold.
"That hurt, idiot. Of course I know that. But if I didn't take responsibility of what I did to you, Mama wouldn't talk to me until forever. She already kicked me out of the house and she said I can only come back if I am able to get forgiveness from you and also there’s this stupid request on us getting married." Ryo's voices soften and his eye was begging Ueda to agree.
"Then it serves you right. Tell me. Why would I get married with a man that raped me? I lost my virginity and now you lost your family. That means we are even. So Bye!" Ueda walked back into the bakery and he saw Kame and Jin were having a staring contest with each other.
"You...get out from here. Tell your friend not to ever come back to see me again." Ueda said and pushed Jin towards the door to chase him out.
********
The next morning, while Ueda was getting ready to open the bakery (other workers have not come yet), Ryo came to the bakery and confronted Ueda.
"Have you considered what I said to you yesterday?" Ryo asked without shame.
"What? I don't remember anything from yesterday. So it means I haven't thought of anything yet." Ueda fought back while making himself busy with arranging new biscuits and buns into the display-rack.
"Donkey face…Can you please stop moving around and listen to me?" Ryo stopped Ueda from going around the bakery and hold him in one place.
"What else should I listen to? I don't even want to see your face. Don't you even dare to make a request on me." Ueda said and he gave Ryo his hateful stare.
"Just so you know, I’m not going to back off until I’m able to make you agree with my marriage proposal. We just need to register our marriage and show it to my mama. I just need to go back to my family." Ryo said.
"Do whatever you want. I will never agree and you can just say goodbye to your life as a rich kid." Ueda passed through Ryo and continued his work.
"I will follow you around until you agree. Starting today, I will be following you like a shadow and nagging you until you get sick of my face and agree on our marriage." Ryo said and went outside of the bakery and sat on the bench in front of the bakery. His eyes followed Ueda every movement inside the bakery and he was determined to get Ueda agree on him. He will never ever kiss goodbye his life as a rich kid.
Later that afternoon, Leah (Taka-chan's babysitter) came by the bakery and she brought Taka-chan with him.
"Leah, I don't expect you and Taka-chan will be coming here today." Ueda greeted Leah while Taka-chan had already made a move toward Ueda.
"I'm sorry, Tat-chan. I have an emergency at work today so I can't take care of Taka-chan until this evening. Can I leave him with you for now? I should be working on the night shift but suddenly someone called in sick so I was called as replacement." Leah explained.
"It’s fine. Taka-chan can take care of the bakery with me today. Luckily I'm not that busy today. You can go now; I don't want you to be late for work." Ueda said and his attention was all on Taka-chan again. Meanwhile, outside of the bakery, Ryo witnessed the "intimate" situation inside the bakery. His eyes can't stand the girl who just came into the bakery, bringing a kid and leaving the kid with Ueda.
"Who the hell is that girl? Why does she leave her kid with that donkey face? What are their relationships? Aarrgghhhh…" Ryo had too many questions that he can't handle it anymore and stormed into the bakery to confront Ueda.
"Who is she? And whose kid is this?" Ryo asked and it made Taka-chan looked at him weirdly because Ryo was pointing at him just now.
"It has got nothing to do with you. If you don't have anything to do other than sitting outside of this bakery, why don't you go home? Don't you get tired of waiting outside?" Ueda asked in a loud tone and he was sure that their baker can hear him from the kitchen. Luckily he didn't come out to check on what’s going on.
"I'm not going to leave you alone until I get a yes. So the faster you agree on me, the faster I leave you alone." Ryo fought back and he looked at Taka-chan again.
"Tat-nii…I'm scared. That onii-chan is creepy." Taka-chan whispered to Ueda but his eyes were not leaving Ryo, who stood at the other side of the counter, in front of him and Ueda.
"Nishikido…you’re making my brother scared. Can you please leave us alone?" Ueda said and he hid Taka-chan inside his hug.
"Is he your?" Ryo asked.
"Yes...he’s mine. He’s my little brother." Ueda said and pulled Taka-chan more into his hugs and kiss him on top of his hair to comfort him.
"Ooohh…just a little brother. So just now, is that your girlfriend?" Ryo asked more and he didn’t understand why he cared for the girl’s existence.
"Nope." Came the short reply from Ueda.
"Thanks God. I mean...so that means you’re single? So what is the problem if we are getting married? I can give you everything you want once we are married." Ryo just can't give up on his marriage proposal yet, he needed his family back.
"Even if I'm single, I will never in a million year get married with a minion like you. So can you leave now? You are disturbing me and I am working now." Ueda put Taka-chan aside and pushed Ryo out of the bakery.
"Tat-nii...what is marriage mean? Why he ask marriage from you? You have it?" Taka-chan asked his brother once Ryo were out of the bakery.
"Taka-chan…marriage is not a thing, it is a promise to live forever between two person. You will understand it better when you’re older. Now what do you want to do? Drawing? Reading?" Ueda said to avoid more curious questions from his brother.
"Eehhmm...Tat-nii, I want to read storybook. But can you read for me?" Taka-chan made that puppy eyes to Ueda.
"I’ll get you a storybook but Tat-nii cannot read it for you. Tat-nii has works to do. Honey...you can read it by yourself right?" Ueda said and gave a story book to his brother. Taka-chan seems disappointed but Ueda didn't really have a choice, he still need to finish his sales report.
"Fine. I read alone." Taka-chan took the book and sat by himself in front of the small table, near the front door.
"Tat-nii seems busy. I better ask creepy nii-chan to read for me." So Taka-chan walked outside of the bakery, quietly to avoid Ueda's knowing, to where Ryo had been sitting from this morning. Taka-chan stood in front of Ryo with a book on one hand and Ryo just stared back at him. After a few minutes of silence and staring, Ryo suddenly pulled Taka-chan to sit beside him.
"What do you want kiddo? What’s your name?" Ryo asked while facing Taka-chan on the bench.
"Onii-chan...can you read this book for me? Tat-nii said he is busy...and...and my name is Taka-chan." Taka-chan gave the book to Ryo and sat comfortably, preparing himself for Ryo to read the book.
"I can read the book for you but later I want you to help me with something. Can you do that?" Ryo asked with an evil smirk on his face.
"OK…now read me the book. READ! READ!" Taka-chan was so excited for Ryo to read him the book that he didn’t know what he has promised the devil.
Once they finished reading the first book, Ryo stopped and looked at Taka-chan. He can't stop staring into Taka-chan's eyes, he wondered why they are so blue.
"Hey kiddo...you have a very nice blue eyes there." Ryo said and he shortened the distance between them by pulling Taka-chan to sit on his lap.
"Tat-nii said my eyes...they special, so they blue. But Tat-nii eyes are black, like yours." Taka-chan said and he looked up at Ryo's eyes while his hands tried to grab Ryo’s face. Ryo caught his hand from touching his face, he didn't like to be touch on his face by some low class people (like what he called Ueda too).
"You have brown hair and blue eyes. I'm sure your brother is hiding something from you." Ryo said and Taka-chan looked at him weirdly.
"Tat-nii will not…Tat-nii said I'm special so I look different from him." Taka-chan was already on the verge of crying and it made Ryo to quickly change the topic.
"Hey...Taka-chan, let Ryo-nii read you other storybook. Don't cry."
Taka-chan's face changed from sad to smiley again. He thinks he really like this Ryo-nii because this onii-chan played with him. His Tat-nii had been spending less time with him and he thought that finally he has other onii-chan to play with.
