D: So um... I saw one of my old high school friends at a state fair this summer, and she packed on a little poundage.
As I went in and hugged her, I asked quietly in her ear if she was pregnant and she wasn't, she just gained some weight T_T; Homg wtf did I just do?
The awkward part wasn't so much as the mistaking-her-for-pregnant as much as it was when she blurted it out loud for her other friends to hear the result of what I asked .____.; *opens mouth, inserts foot*
Not that I want to be considered an insensitive and tactless jerk or anything...
