Cupcakes D:

I was planning on making a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting when I had the brilliant idea (it seemed at that time) to turn them into cupcakes. I'm sad to say that as flavorful as they were, it turned out a little dry and misshapen D: Some didn't rise enough while others rose but spread out too much on top, making my poor cupcakes look like a very stout nail x_X;

I didn't take any pictures this time, but once I fix up the recipe, I'll try again.

They were pretty tasty though... Sa couldn't get enough of them, and Mom took nearly a dozen with her to work.

Mmm... red velvet =w= So nummy...
