Things are not nearly so bad as they seem sometimes, and I am not nearly so upset as I seemed yesterday. However, the question was asked as to why I am deferring until the Fall. Answer here:
I was accepted to the first place I applied, but it was a conditional acceptance. The condition is that I need to take 3 more undergraduate courses--statistics, microeconomics, and macroeconomics--by the Fall. This would be pretty close to impossible while also taking 3 graduate courses at the same time. Also, scholarships are only given out in the Fall, and I'd have a better chance at cheaper housing then as well. Thus it just makes sense as what I need to do right now. So I will not be up in North Jersey, where most of my friends reside, on a regular basis for about another 10 months. Which, yes, admittedly, is quite a bummer, as previously stated. But I think in the long run I will be fine.
Oh and get this, especially if your name is Aaron. I dreamed last night that I visited you. We live far too far away from each other. We should go to Clinton Rd. soon. We both have new cars; one of them should be able to handle it.
That's it for me, folks.
